What's a reverse bang? A Reverse Bang is an event in which an artist creates a work of art and then an author claims it to create a fic inspired by the art.

While trying to take down Carlton, the CEO of Life Foundation, Eddie, a journalist, investigates experiments of human trials. Unwittingly, he gets merged with a symbiotic alien with lethal abilities.

2. Venom: Let There Be Carnage - Saturday, July 19, 8PM EDT  | Sunday, July 20, 12AM GMT | +1 10AM AEST)

Eddie Brock tries to revive his failing career by interviewing a serial killer, Cletus Kasady, who is on death row. When Carnage gains control over Cletus's body, he escapes from the prison.

3. Venom: The Last Dance - Sunday, July 20, 8PM EDT  | Monday, July 21, 12AM GMT | +1 10AM AEST)

As Eddie and Venom are tirelessly pursued by forces from both of their worlds, they find themselves out of options and left with a shattering last resort.

@inceptionkitties I am introducing my kitties via haiku! This was a fun rabbit hole - I ended up reading the entire Wikipedia article about haiku and what other elements are traditionally present (aside from the syllables per line, which incidentally is just a suggestion, and you will note one of my lines has an extra syllable!). I didn't end up incorporating any seasonal words (kigo) into these haiku, but the second one does have a kireji, or cutting word. Somewhat untraditional, though, to put it in the first line rather than the middle or end. On to the haikus (and obligatory cat photos)!
