Dqxi had the right idea. If you're gonna make a character in your story have their natural hair color being some kind of bright unnatural color, it should be the huge fighter man that's inarguably masc. Dqxi could've given the long, pretty lavender hair to any of the other main party members. They could've given it to Serena. Or Jade. But they didn't. They gave it to Hendrik. we've been staying with a friend of mine for several months and things have spiraled to the point I'm not sure I consider this person a friend anymore tbh. we've both been trying to communicate our needs and abilities from the beginning but we r not listened to, constantly disregarded, and then told our breakdowns bc of this are disruptive. lol

we have a housing voucher that we've been trying to use all this time but it's been really hard to find a place bc we don't have rental history or any family to back us up financially so even with full down payment in hand we've been getting turned down a lot. my girlfriend's savings from when she was able to work are dwindling fast bc it's all we've had to live on and pay for app fees with (my care team is supposed to be helping w this but they've been negligent of me since I started working w them) and we don't have a lot of furniture we need, as well as needing to get basics like dish soap and laundry expenses etc bc we also haven't really been able to do our laundry here! ough!

so basically the money would go towards first month's rent (we already paid the deposit TwT) getting furniture and household stuff we need, a desperately-needed trip to the laundromat, and anything else like that which would come up! I'm also working on an amazon wishlist for the practical stuff we need, blessedly I still have my mop and broom as they were unaffected by the infestation but other things like my microwave were not spared... ALSO FUCK WE NEED SOME BOXES!! we're gonna hit up a liquor store today but idk we'll see!

Several months ago, I had to flee an infested apartment where I was not only facing cockroaches but also dealing with a transphobic stalker harassing me. I had to put all of my belongings into storage in what was possibly the most traumatic and sudden move of my life, where everything I own has remained until now. I'm finally in (relatively) more stable housing, but I can't afford both my storage unit AND renting a uhaul by myself in addition to my other regular living expenses.

My only income right now is temporary disability at 200/month and my storage unit eats up over half of that amount. I was selling my artwork to supplement, but my stock & supplies are in the storage unit, so I've been unable to supplement my income as normal... I really need help with affording this so I can get my belongings out of storage, no longer have to worry about an additional cost I can't really afford, and no longer worry about losing everything I own because I can't make a payment again. Even if you can't donate a lot a few dollars really does make a difference!! I really really appreciate the help, I would quite literally not be here without it <3

tldr I'm trying to find an apartment for the two of us while dealing with housing instability myself, my girlfriend is being kicked out by her transphobic and horrifically abusive family and we need help getting her up here so that she is not homeless in the rural southern US as a trans woman. my partner's deadline is the end of april. I need to find a place by july or my voucher gets taken away. it's a mess

I'm still struggling to find housing with a government subsidy in order to be able to get back on my feet after years of homelessness & instability because of fleeing an abusive relationship when I was 19. if you've been following me you know the absolute nightmare my situation has been leading up to this. I'm able to stay somewhere relatively stable for the time being, blessedly, and they're able to take in my partner as well.

My close friend and lovely girlfriend has been unable to escape her severely abusive family for her whole life. the shit she's told me they do to her is the stuff of genuine nightmares, and now they're kicking her out at the end of the month. she had made plans, but they've since fallen through, and she needs help repairing her car.

the biggest, most pressing issue with her car is the rack and pinion probably need to be replaced. we're working on getting an estimate for that but she's having to take it somewhere else because the initial mechanic she brought it to couldn't help her with it :( I'll update this post with a dollar amount when we have it!!

her deadline is the end of april. if she's unable to get her car repaired on time, we're looking into having the car delivered, her flying in via plane, and mailing some of her belongings (she really doesn't have a lot, though) and then worrying about the repairs once she's up here. the car is technically operable, but the issues with it mean it's NOT safe for a 17+ hour drive in its current state. but she also absolutely has to be out by the end of the month. it's a fucking mess like I said!! she has SOME savings to work off of, but not very much. she had to shell out $750 for repairs not including the rack and pinion.

any little bit at all is appreciated, even small amounts add up. if all my followers helped with just one dollar we'd be really close to being able to afford the delivery outright!! even if you're unable to help please share this, I really really want to ensure my girlfriend is able to get out of there safely. thank you all for your help so far <3

I really don't want to make a post for this, but I also feel very much like I need to. I'm really feeling lost, and like when it rains, it pours.

I'm a disabled, unemployed queer, and my partner and I are struggling in a bad way.

I just got diagnosed with a kidney stone large enough that I cannot naturally pass it, and it's started to impact my kidney function. The stone is likely to only continue increasing in size. It's tripled in size in only two years.

My partner and I are currently also uninsured, and are ineligible for Medicaid in our state. It's going to require a costly procedure to remove the stone. If it remains and continues to grow at the rate it's been growing, it will eventually require surgical extraction, which will cost even more.
