So, I still haven’t finished the season, but one thing that made me go “classic Konomi” was the fact that the Pinnacle of Perfection is nothing special anymore. Y’all remember, during the finals of the nationals, Coach Ruyzaki said that the only person who was able to reach it because of his love of tennis was Nanjiro? That it made sense Ryoma was the only one in reaching this?

Now they using it like if it is a monthly subscription!!! They even said “You cannot become a pro if you don’t master it” TF does that mean?! It was supposed to be “not everybody could achieve this because they didn’t love/enjoy tennis so much and forgot that feeling after growing up”!! This is why you either finish like a great manga or last long enough to stop making sense

And fuck you, Ryoga. I don’t like you, I really don’t. Could some higher up in the committee kick him off the tournament? It just can’t be allowed to be changing teams that much, or what?! Are you telling me he is the head of the tournament?! I don’t care if his reason for this is to have a real match against Ryoma, to be “his last boss” or some shit like that, I don’t care, not anymore, just take him away
