Is a healthy mind required for a healthy body?
The groundwork for all of happiness in the world is good health ! Lets give you an easier option, instead of starting from what to eat and how to exercise, one of the ways (complementary to diet and exercise of course) , is Mind Management.
Have you ever noticed, that no matter what we eat, we continue to have the same features, body structure and looks ! No big surprise right? So whatever you eat, converts into pretty much the same thing after it enters your body.

What mind management does is, decide the way that nutrition is absorbed in the body. Sending information to the body that I am healthy, and sending this intention with positivity adds power to the way health is achieved within the body. It is a way to tell the body what to do with the food that it has taken in.
Sending an intention that I am better, sending information with belief that I am better is sending information to the body to correct itself. Because as we say, a thought is an actual physical energy too & it sends information to the body as well.
A lot of recent study on epigenetics reveals that 'Our thoughts create our body moment by moment, when we think positive thoughts, we release positive chemicals into our body. When we think negative thoughts we release negative chemicals in our body & those chemicals decide how cells will behave and how nutrition will be absorbed. So, WHY SO SERIOUS? Ensure to add that sprinkle of Laughter everyday along with balancing your meals.
