Hello :) this is the first painting of a very special double commission I've been working on. My amazing client wanted two paintings that matched each other with their backgrounds, style and a common element- a cute bow.

Lately I've been more experimental in my personal works and studies. I got a new laptop with a touch screen and a stylus, which made it much easier to draw more often.

I hope you like it <3 I certainly enjoyed the painting process a lot.

Hi :)

A while ago I've been hired to illustrate a children book and it's why I've been so inactive. I also got a job, but this really didn't change that much.

This project was... difficult, to say the least. It taught me a lot, mostly about how I need to stand up for myself as an artist. I had to develop a certain simplified style, to make sure I could replicate it in the given limited time.

I'm happy with the results and how far I've come, but I'm more than happy to move on to more personal projects :). I'll post a few of those illustrations, but after that I'll come back to my usual posts.

Hi <3 another flower painting for the exhibition. This time, it's a pair of tulips I saw near my flat :).

I had a lot of fun with this one, I enjoyed adding depth in the reds. I also remembered about an old bristle brush I have and it helped a ton ( it's the one on the right, and it's propably begging to be thrown away at this point ).

Today I had a meeting with a customer about a big comission I'll be working on. It's around 12 illustrations for a fairy tale. I'll make sure to post them, when the time comes. I'm very excited about this opportunity, as it will be a great way of showing my skills for future projects like that. Who knows, maybe I'll end up working with her in the future again, as she seems to be in love with my style :).
