AN UPDATE

hey guys. this is a message i wanted to make on the main for once. but i figured since the rp has been a bit quiet for a week, i’d make an announcement. i’ve already stated that we are now private. i am no longer promoting, i am no longer trying to fill roles that have been reopened. we have been at this for a while now, and i’d rather just focus on having a crazy story of our frog alien terrorizing the crew.

so with that said, here’s some quick updates

i’m not doing activity checks. all i ask is for you to hold yourself accountable and be on when you can. 

discord is highly favored anyways, so even if you don’t want to thread on dash, i still recommend partaking in discord events.

for roles that are open, you are more than welcome to pick them up. please just message me and we can have a little back and forth about your plans for the muse and i will approve you to move forward with it.

if you need to message me for admin things, hit me up on discord. i check this blog maybe twice a week now. discord i’m on essentially all day.

at this point, with the status of the world, i’ve got too much time on my hands and i spent way too long on inferno to close this down. i don’t mind getting lax with rules, but if you’re no longer interested in participating in the group, please just let me know rather than ghosting. i’d like to see this plot through to the end and i hope you guys do as well.

you’ve made this all a dream for me and i hope we can continue on this way.

i’m not quite sure why you’d be inquiring about that here. if something was tagged appless, i do apologize, as we’re not an appless rp. however, appless typically means the application process is slim to nothing. you can check the appless rp tag to see what that would look like.

the medic role means this character is the primary health caretaker for members of the ship. they run diagnostics, check health statuses, and if ever needed, provide medical procedures. they are certified doctors.

the head of medical ranking means they hold substantial influence in regards to the ship’s health and well being. would be regarded third in command in regards to choices with direct connection to the passenger’s health and safety in regards to health, but holds less weight in other means.

we had our first character death last night and the group is pumped about their imminent death. if you want to join the wild and craziness that comes from character’s potentially dying, you should check us out ! we’ve got a skeleton open and we’re desperate to have it filled as soon as possible!

What kind of dynamic are you looking for penumbra to fulfil, if I might ask? I’m keen on applying but also would like some pointers as to write up a character you don’t already have. Thank you!

thank you for asking ! we have a really lovely roster of muses now so really anything goes at this point. some potential concepts that might be interesting in the group is someone a bit apathetic? a ‘i’m not paid enough to deal with this’. the soldiers are very keen to kill all threats of life, while most of the other team are focused on science, and keeping any forms of lie alive to study it. someone in the middle who doesn’t feel either of those ways might be really interesting.

other than that, i’m happy to say that gaps in personality differences have been mended and we’re a well rounded troop so really any addition would be nice!
