Because I'm obsessed I finally caved and put together a playlist for the chapter title songs of Missing Limbs. I almost put every song on there, but I'm still undecided on which song to title one of the chapters, so instead I'll just keep this a couple of chapter songs ahead of what's already out.

your fic is devastatingly beautiful and deserves so much more recognition. but it’s not even about how many people read it bc you really did something for the characters. when it comes to shipping two characters, it can be about anything, but the way you created this fic goes beyond both canon and fanon. you really explored their love, grounded in their origin story, and the way you wrote their dynamic is exactly how i imagine it. and beyond the ship or friendship, you gave satoru a proper chance to mourn suguru —something he never had. than you for that. i hope you keep writing <3

I put a lot (A LOT) of effort into how I write their dynamic so I'm so happy it's coming across well!! Every new chapter I put out I'm like, 'yup, this is the one where I screw up their characterizations, and everyone will hate it for sure'.

There is a reason I'm writing them the way I am, a point that will become clear at the end of the fic so I won't say too much. But, I really wanted to explore a world where they had a chance to sort through what happened between them and explore what they could be, really see their potential.

They have such a beautifully tragic and complex dynamic that endlessly feeds my constant craving for angst. I love them so much T_T

Also, thank you for the writing encouragement <3 This fic really brought out a love for writing I didn't know I had, and it's spawned SO many side stories/post-Missing Limbs stories that I'm equally as eager to get to.

As far as chapter 5 of Missing Limbs goes, I have no ETA for it currently. I'm very slowly chipping away at it, but life is life-ing and I am going to be moving in the next month or so that's been taking up a lot of my time. But, I'm SOOOOO excited to get it done and release it. It's more Geto focused than previous chapters have been, and enjoyers of hurt/comfort will be happy (I hope).
