hiiiii i just wanted to say i love inhibit like so much!! i may or may not have binged it. and i love that i can relate to Vic sm and he’s also the main character so it’s like nice to read a comic with a mc who also has anxiety????

erm anyways, i was wondering if the comic takes place in scotland? like i’ve always imagined their accents as like english but then like you said something about urquhart having a scottish pronunciation and then i was wondering if the characters have been scottish this entire time???? idk i just like imagining the accents of certain characters lol 😎

Inhibit takes place in [NON-SPECIFIC LOCATION IN THE UK, PROBABLY NEAR THE BORDERS BUT ALSO NEAR MAJOR CITY]. Most of the characters are English, a couple are Scottish (like Julia, who's from Inverness), some Welsh (Toby is from Cardiff), and Nate is American but has that vague international English-adjacent accent you get when you move countries when you're young. So they could be in Scotland, but could also be in England. What a mystery!
