i will apologize for being insufferable but i will not stop. you all know this.

This explains why I have no tolerance for heat and other people seem ok with it...

Just a little PSA for all our mental health (and chronic pain*) spoonies out there! A lot of doctors neglect to mention this little side effect, which means a lot of us are suffering extra from the heat without knowing why.

*Many psych meds are used to treat chronic pain as well, if you didn’t know!

I've been loving disco music from the Soviet Union and South America lately. Also 80s Japanese city pop is the perfect thing to have in the background while worling. In general, Japan has a lot of good metal music. Sometimes you can't understand the words to metal anyways so if it's in Japanese and you dont speak Japanese then who cares? Still goes hard af.

I wish Americans fucked with more foreign music. You don’t have to know the language to appreciate a good record. Folks in other countries listen to our music and don’t speak a lick of english. Music needs no translator
