Loss and progress

Losing the matriarch of your family tough. They're often times the glue that holds your family together, the voice of reason while you're trying to cope with a hard situation, a wealth of knowledge when it comes to how your family operates and where you came from, and The Rock your family has built their foundations on. How will you cope? Even if the interaction was negative are less than comforting you still must deal with a great loss. As Generations age we start to lose those values that were instilled what's in the world that was built on Common Sense or uncommon sense, the history, and most importantly a sense of community. It is up to us to preserve these things and improve upon them, I know practices of racism are real it was what was placed as a form of protection, but what has it protected? If you could, what would your world look like how would it work, and are you actively trying to bring it into fruition? I invite the world leaders to ask themselves this question since we are all human there will undoubtedly be something in common that we all do let's get together as humans and work on the common ground and then will the world begin to change.

C.O.P.E

I need you to understand that coping it's more than just a mechanism used to get through. Everyone copes in a different way you must learn what works for you and use it to push yourself forward not to imprison yourself and negative thoughts. Being able to cope transcends gender race, upbringing, social status, and even family, but it embodies them all. To cope, you must educate yourself and really dig deep into your very being in order to acknowledge your faults and your strengths, and then she will be able to learn, build, and grow.

 believing in change is not always the easiest transition. Understanding why someone changed is a different type of discipline. C.O.P.E is a way out of altered reality and which the powers-that-be have set we must first come together as a community observe what is wrong, Preserve our history and educate ourselves on the world.
