an existential musing

We live in a world where a myriad of possibilities are waiting to happen. I happen to be an idealist in such a world.

A fascinating subject that piques my interest is astrology. Such an ancient art that was passed down generations upon generations must have suggested convincing theories to our existential queries. As I learned more about the wisdom of the stars, I learned of the stars within me. As an old soul, I'm someone who has plenty of ambitions in this lifetime. A lot of which I will realize, and a lot more my ego will bury in the sands of time, as the waves of fate subside them within the ocean of possibilities. What lies beneath this ocean? I examine with curiosity.

There's a lot of ways you could look at it. Observing the creatures of the ocean, you marvel at the sight of the humpback whale, squint your eyes at the seashells in your hand that you've discovered beneath your feet, drawing your attention to the sight of plastic bags entangled with some twigs floating in front of you. What would you say about the political and economic state of the world right now? Surely, nothing's for certain but death and taxes.

So, why be afraid of death? You're swimming across the ocean with the rain mercilessly pouring while caught up in a tsunami, shouldn't you be content to drown away your sorrows with such an opportunity as the present moment? "Learn to live in the present moment." Buddha's voice echoes within your subconscious reality. Isn't it such a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime event?

I've begun to view my north node placement as my job like a capricorn who values nothing more than their responsibilities and I've never felt more aligned with myself. I don't remember signing up for this, but in this lifetime I'm hired as a Transformational Guide and apparently this is my job description...
