Urgent Help Needed To Save My Beloved Family

Can You Please Help

My name is Sameer Al Khaldi. I am a Palestinian refugee living in Gaza with my family of 17 people in a tent facing the worst war in human history. During the current Gaza war, my house was completely destroyed resulting in the loss of my business and all our belongings. Me and my family have since been displaced in the streets with no shelter, lack of access to food, drinking water, and healthcare necessities. Despite we were camping in areas which were announced as safe, we faced an imminent danger of death by Israeli airstrikes in our camping neighborhoods several times which resulted in serious physical and psychological impacts on us as well as my little grandsons. I am writing this fundraiser hoping to get help with your generous donations to evacuate Gaza immediately to a safer country.

Before the war, we were having a normal life in Gaza having our own business and working hard with my sons and brothers to be able to survive under the Gaza siege. We were preparing for my daughter's wedding which was supposed to take place this summer but unfortunately she got all her wedding dresses and belongings gone with the destroyed house. She's now left with nothing hoping to be able to get married to her fiancé in a safer place one day. One of my sons was supposed to complete his high school education this year and was passionate about enrolling in a university to study business but the war deprived him from this success and left him hopeless while seeing other students in the west bank receiving their high school certificates while he's left behind. I hope this fundraiser with your generous support would help him to get out of Gaza and continue his education and achieve his life goals abroad. The funds collected through this fundraiser will be used to pay for the travel expenses for myself and my family of 17 people including 9 adults and 8 children. We hope one day will be able to rebuild our lives peacefully and get back to stable conditions with safety and protection for our kids like other children in the world.

URGENT FOOD HELP 9/10/24

if u see this, we need $78/$$$ for food fo 2 kids 5 disabled adults, four whom are gay. we need help for food as I just paid our rent and bills aka all my ssi check. Mom & Derek need extremely healthy food. My sister needs easy to eat food. We are only allowed access to the fridge to store insulin in it, nothing else. (Liu understands our situation dan cant)

Next thing that costs us much, uber/lyft, a ride to Walmart costs us 11 typically.

Palestinian students the same age as me or in many cases even YOUNGER shouldn’t have to be online 24/7 advocating for their families just so they have some money to buy food and buy a tent after their old one was destroyed by a drone strike. please don’t be desensitized by this. there is an onslaught of atrocities being committed by israel every single day but we have to keep standing up for Palestinians.

if you are feeling hopeless or uncertain about how things are going, one very sure thing you can do is donate to families in gaza. a tangible, real act you can do is put aside money you would have spent on a coffee toward a family. one such family is @danashehab and her family.

the Shehab family needs to raise €85k to evacuate. this would be enough to evacuate Reem, Fahed, their children and Fahed's sister's family. the goal had to be raised from €50k to €85k, which they had not met. currently they have raised €47,804/€85,000 (time of: sept. 4th).

there's been another bombing of a school-turned-refugee-shelter in North Gaza. today (September 7), early morning. over 20 people injured or in critical condition, at least 8 martyrs so far. almost every other day i open up the news and North Gaza has been specifically targeted.

iof consistently targets schools and food distribution centers. how much more bombings until you are convinced that this is a pattern? how do i hold your attention? how long until you believe that families in North Gaza need our help now more than ever?

my dear friend Hazem (@hazempalestine) has been working himself to the bone. going from work to school and then back to work. he's barely slept for weeks. just to try and get funds for his family because his campaign has been STAGNATING. and he doesn't want his family to lose their evacuation fund by using it to buy extremely expensive food.

Hazem, like many of us, is just in his mid-20s. he hasn't been able to see his family (vetted #281) in 6 years. please help him keep his 5 younger siblings and his parents safe.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT 🚨

Are you just tired of these kinds of posts coming from G@za strip that ask you not to skip and to read the whole post, interact with it, and help in sharing/ reblogging it? Well, maybe you are right, but guess what? We are also tired of living in this reality for a whole 11 months.💔

And you know what? You have no idea how mentally and emotionally trying this is. Asking for help isn't easy at all, but when I think that the price will be staying alive, getting our basic needs and rebuilding our lives, it pushes me more and more to do this until we reach our goal.

This is Ola, the older sister who is trying to help her family. For 11 months until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking and now we're out of them all.
