Final submission
For the final submission, I remake the petal part and make it more nice and neat. Basically, this project is about designing an emotion detection system for users. This system could recognize different human emotion and give responses to those emotions.  
To make my creative creator, I bought a thin tube for collect the jumper wire from the LED and the fishline that connect with petal(Like the image shows.).

Here is some images about my final model and the issues that I meet.
1. I didn’t well design the shape of petal so cause the each petal cannot well stick to the tube. Therefore, in the second attempt I make the petal thiner and smaller so it’s easier to stick. 
2. Green color couldn’t display correctly, I guess it’s due to jumper wire is not connect tight with each other, but they just cannot connect well. I try to use tape to stick them together but it’s not working. Due to the time, I only about the show the other color in the video.
Here is how I connect the servo and petal(stick fishline to petal and connect to servo. Therefore, the petal could pull by servo.

Here, I also want to talk about the materials of petal that I use in this project.
I use card board and a plastic sheet. The primary consideration are about its appearance and success rate. Usually artifical flower is made by special paper or fabric. However, those two materials are not really works in my project. Because the close/open of flower only control by a fishline. In other word, the open of flower is control by pulling the fishline;  close is control by release the fishline and the paper will rebounded to close position. And that requires the materials is elastic and fabric and ordinary paper are too soft. Therefore, I use a card board and stick plastic sheet to its back, so the petal is able to rebound after release the pulling power.

Due to the time and technique restriction and the suggestion from tutor. I use paper card to make the flower and 5 server to control each petal and use potentiometer to control the angle of servo.

I use 5 potentiometer,  a RGB led, some fish wire and 5 potentiometers to complete this project. The video is my first attempt of those components. However, the code got problem and the servos are not working. They keeps jitter and unable to control by potentiometer ( the reaction is so slow and out of control).

butterfly change to flower
In order to make my project feasible, the morphology of this robot will be flower. Which means I’m going to use the flower movement to show the ideas about emotion detection system. Here is the movement of flower and how those movements pacify/response to human/emotions.

Big change
After talk to lecturer, he recommended me to to develop the emotion detection system based on my project 2. And this diagram shows my design, I choose some typical human emotions and design responses for different emotions. I separate those emotions into two groups, one I called it positive emotion like happy, surprising and negative emotion is about emotions like fear, sadness.  So how is this system work? The basic reactions that the robot have are: Stop on the flower, Stop on user’s hand/body etc, Fly around users, Interact with users (eg. when user stand their hands out, the butterfly could stop on the fingertip etc). Users could play with the butterfly when users in natural emotion.  And I talk about could stop on the flower, this idea comes from nature. I think user want to buy this butterfly may because they like a butterfly and want to enjoy the beauty of the butterfly wander through flower. Therefore, I came out with this idea. When the user enters a certain zoom the butterfly will fly to somewhere that has flowered. Of course, this function is controllable, if the user does want to put the flower in the room butterfly will follow the user and this function could set up by an App.  I draw a simple image to show you this function under different condition. The most ideal condition is the flower is the charger station for the robot, that would be really romantic and an effective way to charge the robot.  Go back to the emotion detection system, Basically, when the user presents a positive emotion, the robot does not need to do anything to pacify. However, it also could deliver a positive/exciting emotion to the user, means I'm also very happy about what you are happy/exciting/surprise about. Therefore, the robot could show its emotion by flashing its light, dancing like fly around the user and fly up and down. And about the negative emotion, the user may present emotion like fear, anger, sadness. One of the important function of this robot is to pacify user under some extreme emotions. Therefore, I design this system to face a different level of extreme emotion. Fear could cause by different reasons, but if the user only feels a bit fearful, that might be he just watch a horrible movie, if the user feels extreme fear and this emotion continues up to half minutes means the user may get in danger so call for 111 or preset a number via app. And to pacify the sadness emotion, I feel the useful ways are accompanied and take user's attention. There are some methods that robot will use to pacify user. the butterfly could stop on the skin of the user and by waving wings to touch users. so they might feel been pacify, slowly flash its light, told user I’m here. The robot also could stop on the ear or near the ear to play some subtle sound, like the butterfly is talking to the user. And I think to pacify an angry emotion is quite complicated, I think the robot might only able to pacify a low level of angry? And as to pacify other negative emotion, I think the way to calm a people down is to drag their attention to other things like  TV show the user like or listen to music? So what do you think?

Recently I’m working on coding and the Arduino stuff based on project 2. I brought a drone and want to add my chips to this drone. But I don't know how to do it. Like how to connect the drone to Arduino. And I feel my gesture sensor is sometimes loss connection? Because it sometimes works and sometimes not working.
So my project is about the accompanying robot, I have done most of the planning job in the last project and I fond some functions are really hard to achieve, is not that easy as I thought before or the components I brought cannot achieve my goals. Like the motion detection system, it’s really hard to achieve so I might put the camera chip to my drone but the real function may need to display in a rendering.

Finally got my some of components, start to use real adruino uno to code! I connected the ultrasonic sensor and the continuous servo, but not sure why I cannot select the serial port.
