Im so annoyed with myself a lot of people talk about slow and steady if you struggle with sleeping, put pjs on early ect, and that’s fucking bullshit I can do it I can’t sleep I hate dessert and I keep thinking about the titanic and getting upset. I’m itchy and my bedsheets aren’t my normal ones and light is coming through my blinds, I hate it here I hate my life this is my end good fucking night.
