Was watching Fullmetal Alchemist 2003 and now I'm thinking of the silly 7 sins poll.
I COULD see Climber's sin being sloth actually-- sloth isn't just laziness. It's not doing what you should be doing because doing the thing is inconvenient or unpleasant or scary. I'm thinking more during the time before Endzone takes place- maybe Climber (unconsciously) making it take longer for Clarice to leave the park than necessary, since that would mean being alone again.
#castle of nations#the climber#possibly also him saying 'why should be help him [karl]? he hates us.' when he & jack were on their way to taitle/LoT#karl going to LoT wasn't climber's fault at all. but it Was an unintended consequence of him coming back from endzone and talking about it

I was listening to a cover of Eye of the Tiger and thought about Endzone, soooo I made a video. I feel like this particular version of the song (by Chiara Mastroianni) fits EZ fairly well.

Karl, hearing Climber's story after he came back from Endzone: wow this is just like the Nutcracker

Not sure how much evidence there is besides maybe how Rachel was just kind of standing to the side before the guy fired the gun... but thematically it might be fitting if the guy was some kind of male figure in her life that saw her as more of a possession than an actual person. What kind of male figure could vary depending on how dark the story wants to be.
Maybe also some kind of Swan Lake reference in there somewhere (considering all the other little details, it's probably not a coincidence that Karl is fond of Tchaikovsky).
I'm bored ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Someone has already done this on Tumblr, but I thought I'd do it too, so here's what I know about Karl's backstory from Law of Talos.
Before the events of Law of Talos, Karl was a pirate statue for the Castle of Nations amusement park, specifically for the pirate themed side of the park.
Rachel is a human girl who would sneak into the park to play violin. Karl would watch Rachel play violin from afar. It's unclear to me how they met
Karl eventually fell in love with Rachel after meeting her, and they both also shared a kiss underneath a ferris wheel. (supposedly) Although, Rachel couldn't be in love with Karl, because she already had a fiancé. When Rachel's fiancé found out who Karl was, he asked Rachel to bring him to Karl. And when she did, her fiancé shot Karl's arm, causing Karl to break his violin. A Tumblr user said the fiancé did something to harm Rachel, which angered Karl, so he killed her fiancé.

Rachel was probably frightened by this act, but Karl felt betrayed by her, so he supposedly killed her too. Afterwards, Karl took the fiancé's orange coat, which is why he wears it all the time.
One of my theories is Rachel taught Karl violin. Either that, or he learned to play by watching her.
Yeah I'm done. All of my information I have, I've gathered from various internet users. I'm simply spreading this around for new Castle of Nations/Law of Talos fans :]

Overthinking about what materials Climber could be made of again. And possible abilities from those materials... We know that the foam inside him is some kind of synthetic material. For the outside, polyester is probably the most likely option since it's cheap, doesn't wrinkle much, and is pretty durable. Tends to pick up static electricity a lot. Cotton is also an option, super common but it's less durable. Has cellulose which is found in pretty much all plants (though cotton has a lot more, like 90% compared to the ~50% and ~70% in wood and linen/hemp). A blend of the two is also very possible.

Not sure if he had eyes at the time... though he was able to sense things happening on a movie screen I think, that's how he learned about the Moonwalk lol. But TG probably saw the heimlich maneuver at least once, and could've demonstrated it to Climber.
do you think since climber was in the food court section of the park he knows like a second hand heimlich maneuver
