Instant Pot: Spaghetti & Meatsauce (used recipe linked in previous post, made a few changes!) Ingredients: 1lb lean ground beef (or turkey), 1/2 of an onion (diced), 1/2 of a green pepper (diced), can of mushrooms, oregano, seasoning salt & garlic powder (to taste), spaghetti noodles, 1 jar of pasta sauce, 1 1/2 jars of water (we added beef broth to water)
1. Set Instant Pot to saute and add the ground beef, onions, green peppers & mushrooms (about 10 mins). Break up and brown the meat, once browned - drain the excess grease (if needed). Add your spices and mix into the beef.
2. Break the spaghetti in half and place on top of the meat (we placed it in a criss cross pattern so it wouldn't clump up). Add in the spaghetti sauce & water and push the spaghetti down with a spoon to ensure it is completely covered in liquid.
3. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to manual mode, set it to high pressure and put 8 minutes for the cooking time. After the 8 minutes, use the manual QR. 4. Stir the spaghetti mixture well and serve immediately!!
