the healer. the forgotten necrotic cosmos. the feared sister.

name: penelope corvus. age: appears early thirties. species: ??? height: 5'9 occupation: healer mage who dabbles in necromancy and any other magic that has caught her curiosity.

an orphan who got caught in the inbetween, the ether of the cosmos of the world. a body that's not quite human, but teeming with unknown and stable magic. able to see the faint threads of life and guiding errant souls back to dying bodies with a single touch. who knows how long she spent in the ripped fabric of space and time ? but she remembers the hand that had been held out to her, coaxing her from it. azriel, larger than life and sadness in his eyes, a bit of madness but who was she to judge. coming back to the living world made her realize how hungry her corpereal body was. he fed her, taught her and made her live. he was her brother, protective and an attentive teacher.

penelope's thrist for knowledge when it comes to magic, has made her a bit of a prodigy in healing magic. anything to do with how the body breaks, the way it heals, how to strengthen it with her magic, and innate abilities sends a rush through her. and dungeons ? they give her the chance to find out how things work in real time. buffs, debuffs, the living and the dead, monsters, it's all been fascinating. but the world is a cruel place and just because healing is at the tip of her fingertips, so are more lethal spells, but she was a healer, so fragile until she wasn't. what's a mage to do when her services send her all over the world ? why, be well traveled, of course !

a foreboding chuckle rings out in the silence. he's been here all along, in the shadows of his clansmen, watching their progress.

tidbits about elliot:

elliot's species of phoenix cannot be poisoned considering they can poison other creatures. but it's often just a secretion that they control and nothing that they so carelessly let go of. it's often coating their talons, beak and feathers.

he's used to a world where he doesn't have to hide what he is, his wings are always out. sure, he can hide them but he doesn't bother. sometimes his feathers are coated in paint, buthe doesn't seem to care, he's aware of how big his wingspan is, so he's careful when he's inside a building. but a lot of the times, he gravitates toward spacious dwellings so it's not always an issue.

while he and salem aren't attached at the hip, that's still someone elliot views as important in his life. he's dropped dates for salem, but he's stopped doing that after salem scolded him several times. doesn't stop the worry tbh.

if elliot likes you and is actively falling for you, he gets all flowery with his words and tends to pull out all the stops to woo you.

tidbits about apollo:

he hates silk underwear. they make his balls hot, and he hates that ! cotton all the way for him. he's not a brief typa guy, anything that's too tight around his thighs and digging into his skin annoys him. he could go commanndo but he doesn't ant to be swinging all over the place. so he's big on boxer briefs, snug enough but not uncomfortable and tight.

if you comb your fingers through his hair, he will lean into the touch like a cat that's never been touched. it's just feels soft and tender and he loves it.

as a fallen, and now retired from his human job, apollo has given himself the task of helping those less fortunate. his instincts often guide him to those calling out for help and because he has the power to help, he does ! it makes him feel accomplished.

he's greedy for skin to skin contact and kisses.

if you're close to him, you'll notice that apollo likes having someone sleeping in bed with him. not even in a sexual sense, just having another body near makes him sleep so soundly.

help him preen his wings. he has six of them. his back is no longer a mangled mess considered his wings are now out, but he still has scars but they're more silver/white so it's not that big of a deal.

tidbits about shinso:

he can infact fall asleep anywhere.

his favorite thing to do with his capture weapon is to swing from structure to structure. because he's built his upper body to handle his own weight as well as training with others, he tends to wrap his friends in the capture weapon like aizawa does, but he only does it to be funny.

he has a terrible sweet tooth, but he also likes chips and crackers on occasion.

i hc that people with voice-related quirks have like an undercurrent in their voice that can be seen as melodic and shinso's is a lot like a luring siren, it's not susceptible to anyone but the people captured by his quirk.

when he goes underground as a hero, he's gonna be big on being someone who rescues those who often get forgotten.

tidbits about penelope:

she's a healer, first and foremost. but you don't have a sibling like vega without knowing how to defend herself. so do not, attempt to harm her if you don't want her to defend herself, viciously.

she is a sweetheart ! a little mischievous sometimes, but she's there to make sure people survive ! and yes, she knows a few necromancy spells, but most of her spells focus on reviving fallen comrades and restoring them to their regular state.

she has an issue with nobles. they make her want to vomit on their shoes because they often don't see her as the amazing mage she is, just a woman. and she's so much more than that.

while she does not own a staff or anything like that, she does have two daggers teeming with magic that get used when needed.

tidbits about lumine:

lumine is not picky with her food. she's willing to try new things. she's been travelling all her life and her palate is unique, so trying new foods is always exciting, even if the food doesn't look appetitizing, it could be quite delicious.

she's actually stronger than she looks. her and aether used to spar, not just with their blades, but hand to hand, often making it a competition. they have plenty of stamina to spar for hours, but often stpp after a while because their bodies tended to burn through that energy and they had to recharge with food.

while she does tend to keep her hair short, mostly because it kept getting tangled, lumine keeps it that way because she's the type to just get up and go. she does miss the days where she could run the brush through aether's hair when they stopped in a new world.

she's always been someone to jump into the fray of things, even as a kid. it's something she couldn't stop even if she tried.

romance isn't something inherent to her, she loves the thought of it. the thought of handholding and stolen kisses. these were things she read in books, and experienced rarely. but because she does not stay in worlds for extended periods of time, lumine doesn't have anything that lasts. sometimes, she wishes she did.

tidbits about aizawa:

aizawa doesn't work out as frequently as he used to, but yoga does wonders, both for stretching out his limbs and releasing stress. even with his prosthetic, he still does yoga, and often does it mor when sleep doesn't come for him.

he does not assign normal homework. as the hero's ethic teacher and a homeroom teacher, aizawa's homework is disguised as classwork. he's more on the random popquiz kinda teacher. he truly feels that once the kids go to the dorms, they should be allowed to relax and just be teenagers.

sometimes his knuckles get swollen when it gets cold, he tends to keep them wrapped when he's not on patrol or he's grading papers.

he sometimes rehabilitates feral cats. yes, this means he just takes them off the streets to rehabilitate them and give them love then provides the softened kitties to cat cafes and no-kill shelters,

tidbits about lucio :

rice krispies and chocolate covered pretzels are a weakness that lucio will always fold to. they are two of his favorite snacks and will actively fight you over. ( do not give him creme filled donuts, he will be betrayed )

he uses his magic for mundane things: putting dishes away, lock up his house, laundry. it helps when he's having a bad day and it's not something he needs to worry about.

his pain tolerance is low, getting hurt is terrible and honestly makes him more upset than the pain itself. but sometimes, depending on the pain, he will laugh. a weird reaction, he knows but after dealing with menstrual pain, some pain is just ticklish.

dating lucio means you'll get random bouquets ( or alternatively, flower crowns ) from whenever he goes foraging for ingredients for the shop. he's very big on small gestures, because he wants them to know it was him thinking of them.

dating lucio also means he doesn't mind sitting in complete science with his s/o while they do their thing, because he's very comfortable with just being near them.
