The more I learn, the more I transition the things in my home to more natural options. Not knocking anyone for their personal choices, because even I still have things that I've been using for years simply because I didn't know any better. I notice when my little girl sleeps with me, no matter how much I scoot over, she always finds her way right under my side even in her deep sleep. When we're at the playground she always finds her way back to me when she realizes we haven't made contact for a few minutes. She loves being at daddy's house but when I pull up, she runs to me without tiring. I say all of this to say, we will always run to what/who is familiar to us; to what we have grown comfortable with, even when that comfort has sometimes brought us pain. Don't let comfort or familiarity keep you in situations that you should not be in; situations that are harmful; situations that are blocking your growth. Keep you running back even when you shouldn't. Afraid to leave what you think is comfort in pursuit of true comfort/peace.

See my baby will continue to find me but that's ok because I am her protector. I have never and will never bring harm to her. And I definitely support and promote her growth as a human being. We, adults have to know the difference.

Today makes my 90day journey to fit mark! And yessssss I'm posting cause I'm proud! This is a combination of being INTENTIONAL and DETOXING MY LIFE. I changed how I was eating, but still eat just about whatever I want. I changed what I've been putting in my body(whether that be by ingesting or inhaling), and on my skin. Most of all, I changed what I allowed in my mind. And of course I've had some days where I fell off, but I didn't use it as an excuse to quit. I ALWAYS KEEP PRESSING FORWARD. 💪🏾I'm a testimony to the fact that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. 90 days ago I was busted and disgusted.😩Today I'm FREE, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. God is soooo good! Stay on my tracks. I have a lot to show y'all. The power of being INTENTIONAL. My story is still being written
