i went to the mall yesterday (8/1) and i was in p@csüñ and i was trying to get the gætör tag off and my hóók tag literally got STUCK. i tried using a hairband too and it got stuck. i couldn’t get it out for the LIFE of me. 100% stuck. i kept trying to wiggle it out and NOTHING. i just left the items in the fitting room like nothing happened 😭 i was having a mini panic attack.

my bf n i are going to a mall soon & im sooo excited! i haven’t really lifted since my first post(to avoid going to the same stores often)did an extra precaution(photo, i see people using fake names for fitting rooms so i want to aswell), he doesn’t know i lift & i know he would be upset so hopefully im able to distract him so i can lift more 🤞

ALL of my fails

This is the first time i’ve ever had someone actually watch me conceal something

I was at s3ph0ra & k0hls (we only have those two combined about 30 mins away from me!) i was at s3ph0ra, doing my thing, when i saw a couple see me c0nceal an item, i concealed then was just looking around and they 100% saw me sliding it into my tote/waistband. i was shitting my pants essentially. Luckily, the store has a separate exit & enterance. I left asap & I saw the couple walking out aswell. Luckily they didn’t care but i was super afraid! this shows some customers won’t care but some WILL. always be careful. always get out ASAP if you suspect someone’s suspicious. i know this isn’t a “horror” story, but just putting my experience out there!

i was in sêphöra with my friend and i was putting the tarte mar whatever gloss in my bag and the worker literally saw me doing it! 😭 i heard the other coworker tell her to have a good rest of her day & it was the end of her shift and she went home, and we left asap. thankgod she was just a cool teenage girl cause im 99.9% sure she saw me conceal! definitely made me aware to be less sloppy! 😭 always check your surroundings!

šëphörä - $50 - damaged items/spill - live chat required me to take an image of the item, i smeared mayo all over the inside of the box and it worked :) offered a choice between a gift card and a full refund

hñm - $23 - 🛒 - with friends so didn’t do much, removed rfïd in changing rooms and was out unbeeped, near zero łp/security ŵïłdfłöŵër čäšëš - $73 - order protection claim: tracking not moving (didn’t work, they just gave me a new tracking link) + 🧬 (worked, same order) - honestly i got impatient of waiting and took advantage of the fact that the tracking on both the carrier and ŵf website hasn’t been updated for 3 days. order protection cs just sent me a new working tracking link soo that failed lol! i was feeling brave so i contacted cs again after my package arrived, claimed 🧬 (took a little bit of convincing but honestly reasonable since i lied twice), cs told me to wait and refunded me in two days :)

hñm - $26 - 🧬 - they refunded even though i told them it arrived? confusing but it worked out in the end (originally when i tried 🧬 they emailed me saying they were gonna investigate with carrier. was not going to risk it for something this cheap so i just told them it arrived lol)

šëphörä - $12 - 🛒 - impulse łŷft because it was a huge shop in a huge mall with no security towers, i felt like i was a little sloppy this time though so i left asap not gonna go back until i look completely different

łïż łïšä - $120 - eb - made me file a police report, and i’m currently trying to ask them to give me another method besides involving government services. one of the hardest disputes i’ve ever fought, which was surprising since päypäł is usually easy 🥲 (originally doing it via päypäł since it’s more reliable + email cs is not really responsive, they told me to make a phone call and wait 1 week, but łïż łïšä fought the 🧬 dispute. i was feeling brave so i claimed eb and blamed them for being scammers and having an inconsistent story, and päypäł said they might need an unbiased police report (i call bs tbh (edit i was wrong)), łïż łïšä emailed me for images of the box to investigate.)

täöbäö aged account - $133 - 🧬 - this was a legit purchase from a few months ago, but since i was down on funds i contacted the čäïñïäö (täöbäö’s official delivery carrier, similar to ämäžöñ) customer service that the package was marked as claimed/delivered when i never received the package. cs said they would look into it, and confirmed they will refund the full amount of all products in the place of the seller if they can’t find the package in their system.

frâñkîës bîkīńïš - $160 - 🧬 - emailed the cs a day after arrival, email was a default reply so i tried live chat and they said they were going to invest with DHL but they lied!!! they refund you after 72 hours of the request reported missing regardless of whatever the situation is LOL i was literally being sad to cs and it hit 72 hours and she was like check ur email we gave you an option to refund or reship. (i did two orders on two new acc to try different methods, do not contact email cs they WILL bully you and try to avoid refunding, and will actually contact DHL thank god live chat cs is good)

łäčëmädë - $30 - PEB - this brand is pretty well known for being irresponsible for lost packages, so i decided to spend a little money on a 3 piece set to see if their PEB works. I claimed that the top was missing, and CS said they were going to check the packing video from the factory which was kinda crazy over a $30 bikini set? but whatever i’m pretty sure they’re bluffing, CS keeps offering reship but you have to push for a refund. they require you to ship back the items but i just sent back an eb and worked :)

šéłkîë - $100 - 🧬 - i saw that their route package protection insurance claim is automated so i decided to place a small order to give it a try. unexpectedly, šëłkïë gave me the wrong tracking link which said my package didn’t exist (i still received the item) so i emailed cs (didn’t want to use insurance fraud for a genuine problem to leave a record in the system so i can 🧬 more) but they never responded? with no other option i tried to claim insurance but it required phone verification but i used a burner phone number so i tried to verify with an irl friend’s number and it worked lol? the insurance company emailed me an hour later (meanwhile store cs nowhere to be contacted) asking for the tracking number and screenshots of proof of the confirmation email etc which is so annoying?? they kept asking lots of questions and even said that they would contact the merchant to “try and resolve the issue first” + possible invest so i would NOT suggest attempting 🧬 on them. insurance also made me wait a week after the package was marked “delivered” to start claiming 🧬, which is so frustrating. they also do not return the money via original payment method and send money to your paypal/prepaid card/venmo instead? luckily this time i had a genuine problem so i have no doubt i’d get my refund but i’ll probably have to avoid 🧬 with this insurance company for some while though
