Not all INTJs are the same

It may be harder than most people think to recognize an INTJ; people tend to look for the INTJs’ signature stereotypical traits as with most types. I am indeed an INTJ (the dominant Ni is strong here) but I have many traits that make me come off differently:

1. I have as much aesthetic appreciation as an ISFP.

2. I love stuffed animals and have a soft spot for cute things.

3. I can read people pretty well (i think). I can pick up on how people feel toward me.

4. I have no desire for power or to run the world (although i secretly think this makes me the most suited for it).

5. My room is a mess. I like it that way.

6. I have FEELINGS. Maybe my Fi is more developed than other INTJs though. I get offended easily but don’t show it.

7. I’m Gryffindor, not Ravenclaw/Slytherin like many INTJs and also INTPs.

I think I come off as INFP.

Si: looks for little ways to be helpful or indispensable to you, is probably the person you’ve friend-zoned

Ni: generally dislikes flirting, secretly tries to learn as much as possible about you, prone to stalking behaviors so you’ll feel like someone’s always watching you

Ti: not great at flirting, keenly observes your behaviors, probably makes somewhat pathetic or awkward or even weirdly aggressive attempts to impress you or get your attention

Fi: no strategy, acts erratically, does weird impulsive unpredictable things, gets giddy when you pay attention, the shy ones have a knack for magically disappearing from view when you notice them

Se: tries to impress you with their shiny qualities/skills/talents, will do fun/creative things to make you feel great about yourself
