Loved the little detail on the 3rd gif where Beatrice kept holding Ava's hand and even replaced it with her left hand just so they can continue holding hands because it feels like it's what Ava needed in the moment.

You can hardly see it, but just right before Michael runs in, the lady was brushing Bea's hair to the side. Girl knew what she was doing and was laying it on thick to make Ava jealous and help a girl out. The arm touch, the chest pointing, and the hair brush all while she knew Ava was watching. Lol I'd say it was a successful mission!

I’m sure Beatrice will look awesome with undercut. But it doesn’t work for me. I love her hair and her ponytail. It adds to her Beatrice-ness. And I feel as a character, she needs to be able to feel accepted for who she is, by being Beatrice.

She has different style than Ava. I like that. Anyway, that’s just my personal taste.

I think it was intentional that Avatrice's most intimate moments had an audience (first kiss and I love yous). It's part of Bea's journey to becoming comfortable being who she is and loving who she loves. That, plus Camila not judging her, gave her the push to want to be herself finally. Because people supported her and loved her regardless - heck, even Yasmine who barely knows her.

When she said "Be free," it was both for her and Ava. Not to say she wanted to be free of Ava, but to be free in loving her and bringing her back.

There's beauty in the contrast of Ava being told she's useless and should die [and was straight-up murdered] since she woke up in the orphanage, even until she acquired the halo and people are trying to kill her and take the halo for themselves vs Ava wanting so bad to live and found Beatrice who wanted, so much, for her to live as well.

And to add, she knows how happy and free Bea can be - granted it was with the help of alcohol and Ava, but nonetheless, she's also sad because she won't get to see it or be the cause of it.

Apart from exposing themselves and risking Ava, in the apartment scene where she got really angry at Ava, it was maybe also partly because they were happy in the last 2 months and now it’s going to be taken away because they weren’t careful. A few minutes later, she receives news of Mary, further cementing the feeling of hopelessness and fear that their time of just being somewhat free is over.

So random quick question. How does San from Princess Mononoke collect fur for her fur coat? I sure do hope she’s getting them in a humane and ethical way, brushing the wolves’ fur, taking the shedding and knitting them together. LOL!
