For someone that's a beginner artist and wants to make a webcomic, do you have any idea on what I should work or do first?

I would say write a short story and plan an easy style for it. That way you can see if you can get used to churning out pages consistently since that's like the number one thing you do as a comic artist. Motivation can only carry me so far; it's the discipline to complete pages that really drives me if I'm having an off day.

Also, if it feels really overwhelming, just remember to focus on one thing at a time. Then you've drawn a face, a panel, a page, a scene, a chapter, and then a whole story before you've realized it. :B
