Do you happen to know any blogs that accept source calls? Which might not be what their called.... We have a headmate looking for source mates but didn't know how to help him even look. So we're looking for a blog that might help and wondering if you know any. Thank you for your time 🐀🌊

and you could probably make a post that uses tags related to source calls and your source if you wanted to post on your blog, but i can see why blogs that post source calls have more appeal (relative anonymity, likely more visibility, etc..)

Positivity for introjects that have trauma that the body hasn't experienced

Exomemories are things many introjects experience, and this can include memories of trauma/traumatic events. It is completely possible, possibly even common, for introjects to have exotrauma that the body has not experienced. If you experience this, know that you are valid and you are loved. The people around you now can help you cope with these memories and traumas, and can help take care of you when you need them to.

Shout out to introjects that struggle with PTSD because of their exotrauma.

Shout out to introjects that can't interact with their source because it brings unwanted memories.

We apologize for the lack of posts recently! Life has been crazy recently, and there has been a lot of things we need to process.

We might decide to open applications for a second mod to this blog that way there are multiple different people working on posts here. We're still thinking about this, but if you'd be interested feel free to dm this blog.

positivity for systems/headmates that struggle w hygiene? we’re having trouble bc our caretakers might not front every day and the rest of us deal w depression and stuff

We are happy to do this, just know that our positivity posts tend to focus more on introjects. We will still fulfill this request as asked, though!

Here’s some positivity for introjects without source memories!

Source memories are not a requirement or a prerequisite for an introject to form. In fact, there are many introjects out there who formed with no source memories whatsoever, and that’s okay! This post goes out to all the introjects out there without source memories!
