Yo, I know no one will read this even it’s on the internet, just me and my thoughts. Still alive haha, still depressed and I know that doesn’t go away:). I’m starting to lose inspiration for music and my band, it’s scary, it feels like it’s going away and I can’t stop it. My motivation too for everything. All I do is work now.

I hate summer,

Why do I hate summer? Not sure why.

Finally finished life is strange 2, loved it, made me cry haha.

It’s now very late, can’t see the moon or the stars.

Thought for the day: why do people think their not enough?

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)

the idea that your friends won't like you if you're too weird is wrong for example one time I told a friend whenever I was losing my mind I laid down on the floor under my desk and stared at it until I was better and next time she visited me she taped a bag of salami snacks to the underside of my desk with a message saying "going insane all by yourself, handsome?" which I only saw months later when I had a breakdown. that's friendship.
