I don't know which of my pasty ass ancestors gifted me the ability to tan in the moonlight, but just noticed I have sunburn on my boobs and I wore a thick black hoodie and solid black t-shirt all night at work. This is the 2nd time this week! Gotta start wearing sunscreen at night now too.

She wouldn't let me add more to it so I weaved in the ends and tucked her in. She is quite content like this. Maybe she likes slightly weighted blankets? The blanket is just a really large continuous granny square using what I had left of the now hard to get juicy couture yarns.

Can't sleep due to rlly rowdy neighbors exploring all the ways to make a home. Decided to do the dumb choice of taking nyquil to knock my ass out. Thought it wasn't working until I try type. Autocorrect is heavy lift rn. Don't take nyquil to block world out.

Sometimes I forget how gifted in the chest region I am until I go to try on the tops I'm attempting to make. The raglan sweater is still going strong cause I gotta make it longer to fit my bust to then comfortably curve into the sleeve department. I miss being part of the itty bitty titty committee. I could make tops faster lol.

Found another sweater pattern to try and follow. It's like the 3rd sweater I got going on while I figure out the ins and outs of each pattern set. This one seemed really straight forward so I guess I'll see how it goes

Had half a 20oz jar of just straight apple butter because I can. Only mildly regretting that choice.

Made a friend on my route last night. Lil dude was caught trying to get into my truck before he scurried off.

Sad about Joann's closing because it was really like the biggest and most accessible means for me to get yarn I could see irl. I refuse to shop hobby lobby for personal reasons and Michael's near me has the expensive and fancy carron cakes and that's really about it. Looking for other retailer options to see what I can do to fill the yarn variety void. It's a 1st world and selfish problem, but it did have an impact in getting me into crochet and dealing with my mental health journey. @-@ It will be missed.

Feeling less burnt out and rearranged my apartment. Now gotta figure out how to go through my horde of journals, yarn, and sketchbooks. @-@ gotta downsize and all that jazz it's just a lot more than I remembered. It's also been nearly 4 years since I moved in so bound to just have a horde of stuff. I need to make plans to install the shelves I've had for years and purchasing a proper bookshelf for what I do choose to keep. Optimizing a keepsake box will probably help too.

Gave my dog a hug and told her I loved her and now she's just glued herself to my butt. Send help we're cheek to cheek. 😆 I can't leave my spot on the bed.

Super mentally burnt out and trying to follow a sock pattern right now. It's going and I somehow have a functional heel so far. Absolutely don't think I'm doing the pattern correctly as I gave up on fully counting lol.

Winter blues and schedule distregulation got my home in quite the messy nest state. Instead of burning myself out with trying to do one big clean I've elected to do smaller cleans. It's slow, but helpful as I am making progress.

It's giving barbie and panties lol. It's going to eventually be a large pink and maybe gray or black corner to corner blanket.

Glad I skipped work to be with my sweet bear. Also didn't realize how many bathroom trips we were both going to make tonight. @-@

Been quite the week. Had my first solo run with a loaded trailer for work which went both well and way more dramatic than it needed to be. On the same run I stretched and cracked my knee/lower leg really hard and essentially felt like I popped the whole leg and knee out of socket from each other. Now my leg just hurts on the same level as the rest of my joints from period pains. I ended up having to turn left on a red after 10 minutes because the light showed zero indication of cycling and I had a schedule to keep. The light then cycled right as I was in the middle of the intersection and I was like wtf. It was like 2am and no other vehicles around so I treated it like a 4 way stop. My period hit hard-core and I didn't have any pain meds or my caffeine so I just got just absurdly anxious and depressed for 2 days before I remembered I could just order it and someone bring it to my apartment. Now my dog has depression and anxiety and I'm just last minute not going in to the shift I picked up because I want her to feel loved and secured and it's a sign I'm working too much. @-@ Been quite a full week

Couldn't find any of my hats before work so I made myself one at work because I get enough downtime rn to do so. The pattern I followed for initial sizing is apparently still too big for my child sized head. I even threw in some tighter single crochet to help. It didn't, but it fits better than the green one I made that also went into the unknown. Just used some of the Big Twist Value in one of the purple tones I had bought to make some wearables including a hat. I got a hoodie and a neck gaiter so it will make up for where the hat won't fully protect. The video is the hat tutorial I've been trying to go off of and all that jazz. I figure I'll find what I like the more hat attempts I make and I can always wash and give away the ones that are made well but don't fit. I don't have any ill will towards this tutorial or the creator. I still got solid help from it now I just need to figure out what works for me and my small head lol
