INVADING CLAWS: ROLEPLAY START

With all HR positions in all Clans filled, Invading Claws can now officially begin roleplaying! Invading Claws ia a 16+ Discord based roleplaying server that features four prominent clans, as well as an invading group of rogues. Join the stealthy OakClan, the hardy MarshClan, the faithful SeaClan or the loyal CragClan to fight alongside your clanmates as a warriors, or choose to resist against the Clans with The Bone Bandits.

INVADING CLAWS

Surrounding a lake are four distinct lands, mostly untouched by man: a swamp, a forest, a system of caves and a beautiful beach. In this land is where four Clans of feral cats have lived for generations. The prideful SeaClan, the faithful CragClan, the kind Marshclan, and the cunning OakClan. Together, these clans have lived in both war and harmony hundreds of times over. But never have they seen a storm like this...

Invading Claws is a 16+ Warrior Cats roleplay intended to have a more relaxed and mellow environment than other servers. Some roleplay rules that people might be used to may not be present in this server, but the option to have a more structured private roleplay is always available!

LORE - The Rot Within The Clans

For many moons, the four clans lived in harmony. Interactions with outsider cats, twolegs and other oddities were few and far between, the Clans mostly being isolated from the outside world.

However, 3 moons before the story's beginning, a large group of rogues came across the land. Seeking shelter from cruel twolegs that intend to hunt and kill cats for entertainment.

The clan OakClan opted to take in and shelters these seemingly peaceful rogues as they could already hunt and defend their territory. While there was no leader in sight, an eccentric tomcat seemed to do most of the talking.

Though it did not take long for OakClan to realize they bit off more than they could swallow, as the group of rogues was simply too large for their single territory to handle.

A quarter moon later, at the next gathering. The Clans meet up to discuss what to do with the group of rogues in OakClan. Much to this groups horror, the solution they agreed on was to separate the groups into different clans. Disgusted at the idea, the cat who spoke for the group - named Two Fang - leap onto the high rock to declare that not only would these cats stay strong and together, but they would take root within clan territories.

A vicious battle started within the gathering, with the clans fleeing due to the sheer destruction the rogues were able to cause. In the clans absents, Two Fang and his rogues took Fourtrees and the surrounding neutral land as their territory. During the next gathering, the Clans were quickly met with the fact they could no longer travel through their neutral territory - as when they attempted to approach Fourtrees the rogues, now called The Bone Bandits, halted them. Wearing the bones of the victims in their battle, the Bone Bandits annouce themselves as a fifth "Clan".

Now unable to have Gatherings, the four clans rely on their healers to relay information to one another during the Half-Moon meetings, which the leaders soon attend to discuss the Bone Bandits. Unable to agree on any real solution, the leaders decide to take their high ranks to the Mooncave every full moon. Their one hope being that the Bone Bandits do not take that territory as well.

THE BONE BANDITS

Once a group of street cats trying to survive aggressive humans, now a group of cats who not only want to kill - but eat - those within the Clans. More of a gang of rogues than an established community, The Bone Bandits are led by whoever is currently the strongest within the group.

Two Fang, Current Leader - Strange does not begin to describe the Bone Bandit's leader. Awfully polite and peaceful one moment, only to switch towards violence the moment things don't go his way. Two Fang tries to emulate the Clan's behavior within his own group, but only manages a twisted mockery of what they stand for.

Indigo, Current Rightpaw - Loyal to the bone towards Two Fang - Indigo prides himself in his ability to slowly unify these rogues under his leaders vision. A master of manipulation, Indigo considers it a matter of time before all are loyal to him and his leader.

THE CLANS: SEACLAN

SeaClan lives on the watery coasts of Clan territory, in lush territory with a wonderful lake breeze during the warmer seasons. SeaClan prides itself on its internal conformity and all-for-one additude, greatly emphasizing the wise - and age equals wisdom within SeaClan. They wish for obedience and positivity among their clan, and take worshipping StarClan seriously.

LOCATION: The Coast, Northwest of Fourtrees

Lushstar, Current Clan Leader - Self sacrificial and fericly defensive of his clan, Lushstar is the youngest of the Clan leaders. He can be somewhat cold and passive towards others, but values the tradition in his clan with an unmatchable passion.

Sleekmoth, Current Clan Deputy - Once a cat born in MarshClan, Sleekmoth has a deep adoration for his new home Clan. Quickly gaining respect and notaraity for his charisma and detail-oriented mindset.

Brinewatcher, Current Clan Healer - Having been dropped from the sky as a kit, Brinewatcher was destined to at least be a little special within SeaClan. While her origin is unknown and her personality can make her seem a bit distant and her hobbies make her seem strange, Brinewatcher is a talented healer and not to be misjudged.

THE CLANS: MARSHCLAN

MarshClan lives in the swamps of the Clan territories, where infections and sickness are common among those living there. Far more flexible than other Clans, MarshClan often adjusts their rules and regulations to whatever situation they are in. They ensure forms of accessibility in their Clan due to the sickness-rampent environments they live in, and those who do not agree with the ideals of MarshClan will often times be exiled.

LOCATION: The Swamps, Southeast of Fourtrees

Dogstar, Current Clan Leader - Dogstar is an understanding, charismatic tomcat who seems to perfer a more peaceful style of leading his clan. While some may consider Dogstar too passive, he's sure enough of himself to ignore their comments and hold his head high.

Marbletuft, Current Clan Deputy - Marbletuft is a much more cynical cat than most, he takes a more strict method of going about his duties which can sometimes push his clanmates away. While a bit quick to fight, Marbletuft is determined to push MarshClan to glory among the others.

Shrewstrike, Current Clan Healer - Once a warrior, Shrewstrike did not have many ambitions until he saved an injured animal. Now a healer of MarshClan, Shrewstrike's uses his witty words and compassionate personality to serve both MarshClan and StarClan.

THE CLANS: CRAGCLAN

CragClan cats living in the underground caves closest to the Highstones, though they do not spend all of their time in them. CragClan holds up family before all else and most CragClan cats expect that one favors their family - including the high ranks. CragClan cats have a fear of the Dark Forest stronger than their faith in StarClan, and they are more extreme and on a whim than most other Clans.

Dawnblaze, Current Clan Deputy - Once a fiery apprentice, Dawnblaze has significantly matured from his youth. A hotheaded yet loyal deputy to his clan, Dawnblaze upholds his position and tradition with pride and strictness.

Snailmask, Current Clan Healer - A selfless tomcat who seems to be an endless trove of positivity towards his clanmates, Snailmask is harder to dislike than to like. Despite struggling with decision-making skills at times, Snailmask never lets criticism from his clanmates bring him down.

THE CLANS: OAKCLAN

OakClan cats are forest dwellers, living in the underbrush-filled forests of the Clan territories. They are often resourceful cats with a more "go with the flow" style of clan politics, often taking every advantage and opportunity for success -- the other Clans often view OakClan as sly, cunning or deceiving. OakClan focuses on both equality and equity within their clan and don't usually take sides unless a conflict involves themselves.

Hickorystar, Current Clan Leader - A fair, but overworked brown tabby she-cat. After the recent encounter and encounter with the loners, now called The Bone Bandits, she's become more strict and paranoid than before.

Satyrrain, Current Clan Deputy - Friendly, socialable and a charmer, Satyrrain uses his naturally calming and friendly personality to benefit his clanmates. Approaching his clanmates with a forgiving, but firm mindset, Satyrrain has grown up much despite his fairly young age.

Cricketsong, Current Clan Healer - Cricketsong is a worrisome she-cat with a strong urge to protect and serve OakClan. Always vigilant about everything within her clan, some cats may think she's odd. But she's driven with a passion to heal.

Invading Claws is a 16+ roleplay focused on being fun and enjoyable above all else! This server was founded with the purpose of encouraging loose roleplay; as a result, many usual roleplay rules are absent. There is no need to ask permission to receive an omen, injure a character, join a roleplay, initiate battles of all kinds, etc. Of course there are limitations, but we want our members to have a lot of freedom with their roleplay and characters.
