// Looked more at whom I was referencing to be Tukiko's mom for the other version I was thinking of. Looking at it now Vastayan/ Yordles won't fit with what I dug up from their racial stuff. SO seeming like she might end up being from the Celestial Realm. (I'm an idiot.) Though her powers seem more innate to light.

So Like Mel? Lux? a Solari maybe but probably not because it's solar light. AAA Though now I know it all boils down to the Celestial realm like Bard, Soraka, Aurelion
