Why is it ok for Spanish people to call Americans Gringos who can’t speak Spanish, but frowned upon to point out a Spanish person who can’t speak English?

I just don’t really know what to do anymore. I try to act like everything’s fine, but then no one really knows or cares about the dead end I’m trapped in.

I put in applications and go in to places I’ve applied to speak with managers. Still no one will hire me. and in a month school starts again and then no one will. I do my best with patreon and Commissions but aside from the two dear supporters I’ve managed to get I’m not really getting enough to even feed myself, much less pay all these bills.

The phone bill is about to be cut, and if i loose that, I won’t be able to post art commission ads or comic pages for @heylin-restart because mcdoanlds has downgraded their internet and it no longer allows this. I also have an overdue credit card bill, from last month that my mother claimed she’d paid and actually didn’t.

So in total I need $328 within the next few days. Minimum of $120 just to finish this months phone payment. There are three people on the contract and despite being the only one without a job, I’m tasked with paying for all of it each month. (along with some personal bills of mine)

I’m sure this is all falling on deaf ears, and no one is even going to bother reading this tangent of mine, but if you could please commission me, or spread the word for others to commission me, it would help so much.

kinda fucked up how my parents’ generation’s high school musical classic was about kids driving around in cars and owning leather jackets whereas my generation’s is about a class of kids working food service jobs for a bunch of rich golfers to survive
