BlueBrixx really opened my eyes to the world of brick sets that are not LEGO but are now every bit as good as LEGO (if not better once you factor in affordability and the use of printed bricks instead of stickers). If you're a fan of franchises and themes that LEGO has refused to license for one reason or another (Star Trek, military, Pokémon, etc.), there is no better time to come out of the Dark Ages and get back into brick building!
