As Newt sits in front of the counter, he wonders if he should just go find a hotel room where he can spend the night instead; he’s tired, but definitely glad he’s finally in Brazil.

The pub is quiet and yet the bartender seems to be busy at the moment. Newt looks around and is about to rise from his seat again, when a man sits right next to him.

“Can I get you something to drink?” His voice is deep, it seems a little bit familiar, although he hasn’t tried to look at him in the eye yet. It’s difficult for him, especially after meeting new people.

What makes him curious about that man is that he decides to speak to him in english; he sounds like an american.

“Perhaps I’m coming on too strong, but you’re really…”

Unfortunately, Newt doesn’t pay too much attention to what he’s saying at that moment because he finally turns around and realizes he’s sitting right next to Percival Graves.

His hair is a little bit longer and he’s using black jeans and a black shirt, which makes him look more relaxed and it’s a little bit weird at first (or perhaps it’s because Newt didn’t actually met him but Grindelwald instead).

Newt smiles at him, thinking that Graves has probably read about him and recognized him or maybe he’s in a mission for MACUSA. However, Tina hasn’t mentioned anything about him in her letters.

“I’d like a firewhiskey, please,” he mumbles shyly and watches as Graves’s grin turns into a hopeful smile. He speaks with the bartender in an excellent portuguese.

I can't believe Artoo is canonically responsible for going on a murder spree and killing hundreds of stormtroopers just because he loved his Anxiety-In-A-Can friend too much.

Like:

Look at him. Happily chugging along with bodies in his wake.

How does it start, you ask?

Threepio gets captured, and since he's a droid, the Rebellion decides that it isn't worth risking any personnel to get him back. But Artoo loves his golden idiot, so he hijacks an X-Wing to go after Threepio.

And after he tricks his way onto the Star destroyer, he electrocutes the squad in the hangar to death and slices into the systems mainframe.

And then what does he do, you ask? He tricks stormtrooper squads into firing on each other, then he burns some of them alive, suffocates them by throwing unfortunate troopers into space, or crushes some to death in the trash chute...

What a menace.

And the best part? He attracts the attention of DARTH VADER.

Anakin, this is literally your fault, you influenced your trash can droid boi to become this reckless and dangerous and he knows it.
