So let's get back to it with Quads & Glutes Part 1 1⃣Leg Pressure: 4 sets/30 reps 2⃣Barbell Gluten Bridges: 4 sets/30 reps 3⃣Leg Extensions: 4 sets/30 reps 4⃣Machine or Cable Donkey Kicks: 4 sets/30 reps per leg 5⃣Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets/30 reps 6⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% mac HR): 30 minutes 7⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps Part 2 1⃣Exrcise Ball Crossover Crunch: 4 sets/30 reps 2⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% max HR): 30 minutes 3⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps ----------------------------------------------------------- Cardio will be performed twice a day but never directly before a weight lifting workout. Today we are jumping right in to our workout for Chest & Shoulders Part 1 1⃣Hammer Strength Chest Press: 5 sets/20 reps 2⃣Low Pulley Cable Flye: 5 sets/20 reps 3⃣High Pulley Cable Flye: 5 sets/20 reps 4⃣Overhead Machine Shoulder Press: 5 sets/20 reps 5⃣Dumbbell Side Lateral Delt Raise: 5 sets/20 reps 6⃣Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise: 5 sets/20 reps 7⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% max HR): 30 minutes 8⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps Part 2 1⃣Lying Leg Raise: 5 sets/20 reps 2⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% max HR): 30 minutes 3⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps ----------------------------------------------------------- Cardio will be performed twice a day but never directly before a weight lifting workout.
