OMG YESSS MORE OFFICIAL COMIC AF CONTENT

Ciao a tutti! 🌟 Some time ago, I came across this magazine, and for those like me who love comics and, specifically, the Angel's Friends series, it's definitely a gem! Between work and projects, I tried to find the time to edit and translate the article because I wanted others to learn more about the 2007 Angel's Friends series! In recent years, I have expanded my collection after finding many beautiful magazines (other than the comics) that I hope to share as soon as possible ✌️

Here is an article on the Angel's Friends comic book project published in issue no. 52 of Scuola di Fumetto (Jun. 2007), an Italian magazine dedicated to the world of comics. Inside, there is an interview with author Simona Ferri, who talks about the creation of the comic book series in 2007 (and very interesting concept art by Giada Perissinotto :D).

Tempo fa sono venuta in possesso di questa rivista e per chi come me è amante dei fumetti e, appunto, la serie di Angel's Friends, è sicuramente una chicca. Tra un progetto e l'altro, ho cercato il tempo di editare e tradurre le pagine perché desideravo che anche altri potessero conoscere qualcosa in più sulla serie di Angel's Friends del 2007! In questi ultimi anni ho ampliato la mia collezione, dopo aver trovato veramente tanti magazine bellissimi (oltre ai fumetti) che spero di poter condividere al più presto ✌️ Ecco a voi un articolo sul progetto a fumetti di Angel's Friends pubblicato sul n.52 di Scuola di Fumetto (giungo 2007), rivista italiana dedicata al mondo dei fumetti. All'interno troviamo l'intervista all'autrice Simona Ferri che racconta della nascita della serie del 2007 (oltre a diversi disegni e bozze realizzate da Giada Perissinotto :D).

A super honest Andrea! Can you imagine??? XD It's a funny idea to think about, but my main concept is just redesign the main cast of the comic book serie. (I'm still debating myself to extend this idea to the professors as well ngl...)

I have other plans for the human cast tho! We already know very little about them in the comic so I thought this story could be the perfect opportunity to give them more chances to shine! ✨

Maybe I'll add something new to their design but their core and characteristics will remain faithful to the canon as much as possible!

Here! Some ✨ tasty ✨ sneak peaks 👀 I'm currently brainstorming important scenes for the au - while finishing Miki's character sheet -, and I had been working on these drawings for a few weeks ⭐

1 ) Raf and Raoul met for the first time (and Raf discovers that some humans have really no taste for fashion!)

2 ) This baby devil (did you remeber him?) has found something really important and can't wait to eat it!! Sulfus will have to trade it for lots of candy... What's that thing? Well, I'll post something about it soon, I promise!

Introducing a method of catching baby devils: the Witch's Sock!

So, if you are lucky enough to catch a baby devil, remember to make them wear socks and gloves! They are so afraid of them that they don't even try to free themselves when wearing them. Another method is to imprison them in a serpentine sock called the Witch's Sock (inspired by the Italian witch, la Befana, who brings sweets or coal into children's socks on 6 January), but it seems to be a very horrible punishment for these little rascals!

We also introduce Lucio, who with the help of Raf and Sulfus is trying to find his little cousin in the school and save him from the terrible fate of imprisonment in the Witch's Sock. But why is his little cousin here on Earth? The baby devil probably hide himself in one of Lucio's suitcases or clothes (baby devils also have the ability to teleport and change size lol) before he arrived at school!

After asking Sulfus to check in the angels dormitory as well, they found the baby devil in the dining hall of the school, asleep!
