Ishan Pariyar a visual artist, has earned MFA Degree in Painting from Tribhuvan University. He is the recipient of ‘National Fine Art Award’ by Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, ‘Creative Young Artist Award’ by Shiddhi Setuli Pratisthan & numerious awards to his art practices. He has four solo shows in his credit. His selectted participation are 18th Asian Art Biennale Bangladesh, 18th NIPAF ASIA in Japan, China -South Asia Art Exchange Exhibition, Kunming, Amalgam 2018 at Siddhartha Art Gallery, Himalayan Art Festival by E- Arts Nepal. He has visited Bangladesh, China, India & Japan for Art camp, festival & exhibition. Ishan has been actively working in Watercolor more than a decade. He belongs to the lake city Pokhara ,often known as 'School of Watercolor' lies in the western Nepal. Pokhara is a beautiful city itself inspires Artist, Writer , Poet to engrave some creativity through their discipline. Ishan express his notions throughout the different genres of fine art like watercolor painting, contemporary painting, illustration,performance art, installation art etc. He founds more comfortable and refreshing whenever he get chance to paint watercolor, that's for sure he belongs to the Pokhara and Watercolor is an innate medium to him to express his joy & happiness.
