i call this one a concerned iskall and grian laughing as doc rides a scooter down a steep rocky path into the sunset.

hello to my besties with chronic pain and those besties only. If you can, and don’t stress yourself, make sure to stretch and give the bad places a little massage and if you need to try to get up and take some pain medication. if you cant, do what you can to wait the bad parts of the pain out im proud of you for at the very least waking up today and getting yourself up enough to get online i know how hard that can be somedays
