Sweet potato fry snack!
I have seen so many videos about making sweet potato fries. And honestly, it鈥檚 pretty easy. Here is my take on it:
What I used: 馃崯 two medium sweet potatoes 馃崯1 陆 tablespoons if corn starch (arrow root will work) 馃崯1 陆 tablespoons or veggie oil (make sure not to use olive oil, it won鈥檛 work. Believe me I tried but any other oil will work) 馃崯seasoned to taste with garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder( I like mine spicy 馃尪)
What I did: 馃崯 preheated oven to 425 degrees 馃崯 cut your potatoes into fry shapes( I have the potato and then cut each half into 陆 inch strips. Make sure they are roughly the same size for even cooking.) 馃崯put your fries into a large bowl or for easy clean up you can do everything in one gallon size zip bag 馃崯add corn starch (or arrow root) powder to bowl and mix (or shake) ,make sure every fry is coated 馃崯add veggie oil and mix 馃崯then add spices 馃崯place all of your fries on a lined baking sheet making sure they are at least an inch apart 馃崯place in over for 15-20 minutes 馃崯take out of over and flip them over 馃崯put back in over for another 10 minutes 馃崯once they cool enjoy (Cook times my vary)

Recently just read this book, and I have to say it is one I couldn't put down. I am definitely a sucker for a vampire romance book. But this one is much more than that. So much action, a lot of romance, and it kept me on my toes. The French author, Aur茅lie Venem, has done an excellent job of capturing the love between the two main characters. Read the book in just two days and I would highly recommend this book! All the English reader fans are patiently waiting for the other books to be translated, but honestly I think I will learn to speak French just to read them because I just can't wait anymore 馃槤

Home made lemonade is a fabulously refreshing alternative to soda. If you make it yourself, then you know exactly what鈥檚 in it and can also avoid a LOT of聽unnecessary聽ingredients that would go into store bought drinks!
Health benefits of Lemons:聽Magic properties of lemon :A large lemon contains about 45聽mg of Vitamin C, about 75% of the daily requirement! We need Vitamin C to fend off colds and heal cuts and wounds.聽They are a natural aid for digestion and聽weight loss, 聽and 聽are 聽a natural internal body cleanser. They have聽powerful antioxidant and anti-cancer healing properties.
This is how I make my lemonade :)
*Note- NO SUGAR ADDED!*
1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
1 cup hot water
7 cups cold water
1 cup raw honey
Stir honey into the hot water over low heat until fully blended.
Let cool and add lemon juice and cold water into a 2-quart pitcher. Stir or shake vigorously.
Slice two of the remaining lemon rind halves into fourths for a total of eight pieces, then add the rinds to the pitcher. Add ice to the top of the pitcher and chill.
Try it out!
And why not put them in cute little to-go packages like this to make them THAT much more fun to drink! I bet you ANYTHING this will be 10X鈥檚 more fun to drink than a coke, and everyone around you will want a taste :)
