I made another acrylic pour, this time as a gift, and I think this might be the best one I've ever made. I hope they like it as much as I do.

There's this artist named Scott Christian Sava that talks a lot about his process creating watercolor and gouache art, and while he's doing crazy stuff with color that I can't wrap my head around, it was enlightening to see a good process for watercolors.
While watercolors still don't quite make sense to me and this is an anatomical nightmare, I'm happy with it. This is the first time I've used pallettes and didn't completely overload the page with solid colors.

Happy New Year!
My friends gifted me a new sketchbook and this one has watercolor paper! I've got no idea what I'm doing, I've horribly squashed my face, but I'm having a good time. 2022 is already shaping up to be a year where I rediscover my enjoyment of art and masking things.
