Uppers this is incredible! I love this so much! It's just so beautiful and cute and amazing.

Just....Jewish Beetlelands, especially Jewish Beetlelands wedding makes me go aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!

The ketubah the three of them sign (with the Deetzes as witnesses) is so beautifully designed. It's still a contract, which Beej is fond of only in the weird demon contract way, but he absolutely appreciates the gesture, as do the Maitlands.

Adam and Barbara reuse the chuppah from their wedding and add plants and spooky stuff to it.

Adam and Beej wear their tallit and kippot. The ones that they tend to wear at temple during Shabbat and holidays (Barbara totally handknitted both of their kippot.)

Delia and Barbara totally helped make Beej's wedding outfit, even if he did make it slightly filthy/ratty with his powers.

I love Barbara giving number ratings to their glass breaking abilities like it's a sporting or dancing event. It's just so cute.

Delia, Lydia, and Miss Argentina were the best bridesmaids. Charles was an amazing best man and totally walked Beej down the aisle (along with Alfred if he's there).

And the wedding vows. They were probably so beautiful, even if Beej's was a little inelegant and full of innuendos. It's the thought that counts, and his had so many amazing, loving, supportive thoughts for both of his partners. The three of nervously fidget through their vows, Beej especially, but it's genuinely adorable when it happens.

When everyone wished them mazel tov, the three of them cried so much.

The engagement/wedding rings the three of them get were intricately designed by each of them. Beej's ring is alexandrite, peridot, and emerald set in a gold band. The inner engraving says "our dearly beloved ghost with the most." Adam's is green diamond with amethyst and jade set in a silver band (he already has a gold one from Barbara). It's engraving says "Boring. Sexy. And goddamn amazing. " Barbara's is sardonyx with sapphire and green spinel. It's engraving says, "Our badass Barbara 2.0"

And the reception is absolutely incredible. Beautiful dancing between the three of them and the rest of the family, great food (despite some of it being bugs), a surprisingly good undead DJ. Everyone helps when the Hora dance happens. Beej even summons some clones. There's so much laughter and singing and kissing and crying throughout the whole night. And everyone in attendance knows that, no matter what happens, the golden trio are gonna wear though it together.

Hey y’all. So @geronimo-scamander-spd and I created a fanfic for our Beetledad AU that we started in Upperstories’ Beetlejuice Discord! The basic premise of it is “What if human Beetlejuice was Lydia’s dad and, also, Beetlelands, maybe?” and, being us, somehow it just spiraled from there, resulting in a heavily descriptive and expansive AU that we’re now sharing with everyone else.
