more than one person has asked me how I do Rob's static in my drawings so i figured I'd just post it for people to use!

when I'm drawing I have the static parts (just solid gray at first) on a separate layer, then I have a static image which i clip over that and ta-da :D

its really just a white noise picture i downloaded, then pixelated, color-shifted and distorted it some to look like this! i put some lil white areas in it too, like how it is in the show
