Day 1 ( First Duty)
Hi i'am Marione Llanto a grade 12 student at sti college southwoods. Today i will share my first day as a ojt student at tokyo tokyo Sm sta rosa. When we entered at tokyo tokyo we were treated by ate Rizza, Ate rizza who taught us or train us to what we will do as a ojt student. And the first thing that she teach to us is to wear a proper uniform like the bandana and apron. The next one she taught was we need to replace the rice every two hours we need to change the rice. And ate rizza teach us how to do the soup.
Then after she teach us that process she baught us on the bussing area. The bussing area is the place that we are going to segregate the used plate and leftover food from the costumers. Then ate rizza said that we need to keep clean the bussing area because anytime we have a unexpected visitors. Then she teach how to set up the things that we need to use on bussing like the water that we going to wash there the rag and where in throw it off the liquid and how to change the garbage when it overlode. Then she teach the purpose of the color coding of map like the blue map is for lobby and the yellow map is for CR and the red map is for kitchen.
Then after the bussing area we go inside of the kitchen and she introduce the kitchen stuff and they are kuya yel,niel,jeff,jl,marco,paulo,dariel,bai that is the kitchen stuff and next is the manager and they are sir juhben, maam jena, maam yen. Then after introducing we started to work and that is the end of our firstday on tokyo tokyo.
