i feel you know why, darling. i wanted you to have something from me while we were apart — just a reminder, and maybe — i wore it during so it smells like me too. really glad i could help. things have been well — drained now but we finally wrapped and now it's pretty much on to the next. might come as see you before i'm fully stuck on it though and recharge a bit. i think we could both really use it, don't you think ?

I have no idea when you snuck into my room in the Maldives and packed some of your bigger shirts into my luggage. All I can say is thank you cause having those around will definitely help me not miss you too much. How are things in London?

i must admit, i've become quite the fan of your work. i'm always eager to see what you'll do next. also lowkey curious if we'll ever get to work on something together. i think that'd be quite a nice time, wouldn't you agree ? just right now — i kinda wish i could sleep for a year, but got so much to do still. how's things looking on your end ? it really has been and it's crazy how far back that happened. i believe they have and i'm definitely accepting this. well, this trouble needs to have me with drinks in me first so i'm not to shy to do things. shall we start there then ?

Oh, that feels like ages ago! Seems like the stars finally aligned and we coincide in the same location, for a change. I'm with you, the Maldives is the perfect reset button. What kind of trouble are we getting into? Whatever we end up doing, drinks are on me!

mostly just enjoying being away from work as a whole really. i will admit, they can be a lot — one a bit more than the other but, i definitely need this break. pretty loaded with projects and all. however, i'm really glad you're here to experience this with me.

So how are you celebrating a week away from Idris, Jared, and the others while we are in paradise? I promise I will not tell them what you say, I just had to ask.

see — that's what i was thinking, coming and leaving but also could use it some while here, right ? aside from the obvious hot girl summer ? well, saying that makes a guy a bit flushed, and i appreciate it, meg, truly. yes so anything interest you that you'd maybe like to try together ?

a summer playlist is an absolute necessity for an epic vacation. and I'm curious to know which songs of mine made the final cut. no need to be shy. I'm more than willing to hang out with he-man, himself. haha. with an itinerary this stacked, we're bound to have the time of our lives in the maldives.

they always spoke of getting time to hang and catch up in person — maldives was proving to be exactly that. nick didn't expect to see isabela there, but once he did he couldn't help but smile. she was who exactly he wanted to see and just didn't expect it to happen with how insanely busy he was. ❝  looking great, darling, ❞ he softly complimented his friend as he walked up closer to her, a friendly smile on his lips and folding his muscular arms over his chest. ❝  i gotta be honestly — i wasn't expecting to see you but i'm also really glad you're here. perhaps if you have a moment — we can probably hang, as it's been — who knows how long. ❞ ( @iscbelas )
