Lets stop shaming each other for our food choices

I think one of the things that turns people off to the vegan community is this all or nothing mentality, like if you’re not 100% vegan then you’re not doing your part.

But the thing is, any shift towards a more sustainable diet is an accomplishment that we should be celebrating!! Whether that’s acknowledging meatless Mondays, or eating local and organic, or simply eating one plant based meal, all of these things are steps in the right direction that we should be encouraging.

Diets are incredibly personal and they’re influenced by a lot of varying life factors. Yes vegans should educate and inform and spread their passion, but I don’t feel it’s fair to make others feel bad for not eating a certain way.

Remember, there was probably a time where you ate differently than you do now, and we should respect where everyone is on their diet journey.

And we should also respect any and all efforts to eat more plant based because it is the culmination of small efforts that bring about big change.

Just because it’s Christmas, that doesn’t mean I have to binge.

Current Rules:

🌸 I’m not allowed to weight myself on Thursdays

🌸 On Wednesdays I have to eat. Not allow to fast or forget to eat. Doesnt matter what or how much but i have to eat something.

🌸 A binge has to immeadiatly be follwed by a 24 hour fast minimum

🌸 Saturdays are official weigh-ins, plus body checks and measurments all done in the AM after using the toilet and before a shower or drinking/eating

🌸 I am only allowed to check my weight before 8am

🌸 Two cups of green tea a day a minimum and five bottles of water minimum

🌸 15 minute workout after each time i eat no matter how little

🌸 No eating after 7pm or before 10am

I have lost 9lbs in the past week doing this, even after binging on Thanksgiving.

I do not promote eating disorders, this is just a blog for my thoughts.

Japanese Currency:  円 [えん] (It is pronounced ‘en’ and not ‘yen’)

So 7300 yen is ななせんさんひゃく えん (nana sen san hyaku en); same as saying seven thousand three hundred yen.

Pay Attention

You’ll notice it by my face and stomach first, slowly my eyes will seem bigger and I’ll look like I’ve not been sleeping and my shirts will seem baggier then usual, after a while you’ll notice my weakness and how I shiver often, now my pants are obviously too big and I’m struggling to keep them up while my hands and wrists look so frail that you’re scared of my touch. It all happens slowly but far too quick to others.

I love how Dan spends every minute of everyday with his bro Phil. Honestly just bro goals. Y'know, being nervous around your bros mom, going with your bro and his family to musicals, going to Florida with your bro during his family vacation, sleeping in the same bed as your bro every night, creating an entire online empire with your bro, planning on getting a dog and forever home with your bro. It’s just fucking bro goals bro.
