usually I nap either because I'm tired, use napping as an escapism, or both

ugghhh I hate it I've been doing this for like 2 weeks. Just 2 weeks of just. Saying I'll take a 1hr nap after leaving the sewing lab at midnight so that I can stay up and work on other important assignments but noooooo !!! I end up waking up at 9 in the MORNING with NO TIME to do my work and I'm screwed cuz I have hw to submit. this was never a problem before why is it one now.

i also constantly feel tired and lethargic and no matter how many naps I take for how long can anyone give me troubleshooting tips for this 🤒
