remember right after gomens s2 came out and every other post was a meta piece about how the yellow bentley scene was foreshadowing that aziraphale wanted to change crowley to the softer, more agreeable version in his mind rather than loving who crowley truly was (instead of interpreting the scene as aziraphale's awkward version of bringing his potted plants into the bookshop - his wanting to make room for himself in crowley's life and not knowing how to ask for that, or that that room was already there waiting) and then the next post on your dash was a gifset of crowley chucking the stack of books captioned 'he's so wife here <3'. this was a harrowing time for us aziraphale warriors
