Outbreak:

 Main Agent of the PSA Mission, Secondary Ace for the DS EPF Games

Has two puffles! One red named Hawt Sauce, One black named Berry

Third Shortest out of the Agent Group

Sometimes helps at the Coffee Shop or Pizza Parlor

Actually became a Lead of the Agent Class after Operation Blackout

The Tuft of Feather seemed like it never goes back down, no matter how hard she tries to comb it

Was actually very timid at first before she slowly gained her confidence

Skills mostly lies in puzzle solving and being resourceful

Became very reckless after sometime being in the agency

Struggles with opening up her feelings to others

Does Sled skiing and Mine Carting whenever he has free time

Youngest of his siblings, with JetPack Guy being the middle child and Jet Surfer Dude being the oldest.

One of the many Agents that were chosen to be at the EPF from the very start.

Struggles with Teamwork sometimes, prefers to work alone

Skills lies in strength and mobility

Used to have Red feathers before changing it into Orange once he realized how difficult it’ll be to differentiate himself with JPG

Was Last seen running into the EPF HQ before it was destroyed by Herbert in Operation Blackout

This is just a short summary since I am still working on the lore and character sheet of the two ocs I have, so lets do the Main Ace of the two, Outbreak.

Outbreak is the Main PSA Agent and The Secondary EPF Agent. I said “Secondary” for the EPF, since she didn’t joined the EPF officially until the PSA was decommissioned.

Outbreak joined the PSA after an agent saw her helped another penguin find a lost item of theirs. Outbreak was then formally invited and thats where she joined the PSA.

She was the one who handled all of the PSA missions, but she doesn’t know about the EPF until Gary was unexpectedly kidnapped. She worked with the EPF agents to find Gary, but also accidentally uncover a much more bigger operation and kept asking The Director to let her keep joining the said Operation. Which they did allow, but she still never knew about The EPF’s true identity until the popcorn incident.

Thats when she officially joined the EPF. She handled the mission like usual until Operation Hibernation, she had different mindset then the EPF (more likely Gary) about this Operation, after a harsh argument between Outbreak and Gary with some really harsh words thrown out, she left the EPF. She stayed like that for a few months until the unexpected incident of the Water Exposition happened with the disappearance of Herbert. She rejoined back with the EPF, officially.

And then bada bing bada boom, Operation Blackout happen, stuff like that.

Like I said, it is still kinda a wip and there will some changes— but I’ll probably try and expand it more after I finished the character sheets lol

UNDERSHAPES : NEW BEGINNINGS

The shapes were transported into the world of undertale after their universe started to collapse, this was after Monsters were trapped by the humans but before Chara. They started to contact with each other, making peace as they started to build the underground as we know it.

But, after many years. Some monsters found Blixer, who was in a weakened state. The heroes suggested to end him off, to stop him before he took over the land again. Some shapes and monsters agreed. But the queen and the caretaker refused and wanted to give him a second chance. After many months of waiting for him to calm down and trust the queen. He finally went out of his cave. The king and queen of the monsters took him in as like their own child, as he started to improve and become a better person.

He learned many things from the monsters, their language, their history, and their powers. Once he finally learned about the monsters, the king and the queen had a child.. who was named "Asriel". Blixer was astounded and was with Asriel side all the way through his childhood.

But suddenly, a human fell from the underground. They were scared at first once the dreemurs sons found them, but they both helped carried them to their parents. As then, the king and queen adopted the human. Treating them as like their own child, with Blixer feeling glad about his new family.

But then, the human gotten very sick.. and couldn't survive their illness. Their last wish was to see the flowers in their village for the last time. The two siblings wept and griefed, but then the heartbroken Asriel consumed the soul of his friend to fulfill their last wish. Blixer was obviously worried and not convinced of him leaving on his own, so he decided to join him.

They warned everyone about what they were doing, which admittedly made the king and queen worried. But Blixer promised that he will keep Asriel safe from the humans. The underground started to filled with hope, as the royal sons left the underground.

The monsters waited for them to come back. But only one came back. The queen stared in disbelief, staring at her youngest son dust as her oldest stood there with a new found power. Everything the hero said was true, his own desires finally prevailed. The queen ran to get help, but the murderer had already left the scene. The only instance of him was the matching locket that the siblings shared.

And the rest?.. well.. you already know what happened next, don't you?
