Chapter 1: The 24 Storey Building
Hi! My name is Ivaan, and these are my friends Vedarth, Mahi, Avyaan, and Jagarav. I love playing with them!
Sometimes, I go up to Mahi’s or Vedarth’s house, and other times, I go down to Avyaan’s house. I also visit Jagarav’s house in the next building.
I always have fun playing with my friends!
Chapter 2: The Flying Cat
First, I went to Vedarth’s house, and then we both went to Mahi’s house together. After that, we visited Avyaan’s house and then Jagarav’s house. Finally, the four of us came back to my house.
I ran straight to the kitchen and started painting a cat.
Vedarth and Mahi peeked over my shoulder and asked, “What are you painting?”
I laughed. “I’m painting a cat… but I’m going to turn it into a flying cat!”
The three of them thought for a moment and then said, “OK!”
While they played, I kept painting. When I was finally done, I ran into my grandmother’s room. “Come with me to the balcony!” I said excitedly.
Curiously they followed me.
At the edge of the balcony, I held my painting and let go.
The cat jumped out of my painting! It was about to crash to the ground but it didn’t.
Instead, it started flying! It flew back up to my balcony and jumped right back into the painting.
They all stared in amazement.
Chapter 3: Playdate With Four Friends
One day, my mother was talking to all of my friends’ mothers. They were planning something exciting, a playdate for all of us!
“We’re having a playdate?!” we asked, amazed.
We were going to Wooray Children’s Play Zone!
Everyone ran and jumped into my car. My friends loved it. “Wow! Such a cool car!” they said.
For a second, when the sun flashed green on the windshield, everyone thought it was a huge truck. But it was my Jeep.
My friends sat in the back, and I got to sit in the front with my father. The ride was so much fun!
At the play zone, we ran, climbed, and played tag. I was so fast and I caught everyone.
After all that running, we were hungry. We had pizza, french fries, and juice. The best meal ever!
We all agreed, this was the best playdate ever!
Chapter 4: The New Toy Truck
One day, Vedarth and Mahi came to my house and asked, “Can we play with you?”
I smiled and said, “Yes! I love it when you both are here.”
“Ok!” they cheered.
“Wait just two minutes, I’ll be right back!” I said.
While I was gone, Vedarth and Mahi started playing. When I came back, I was chewing gum.
They both looked at me and asked, “What are you eating?”
I tried to answer, but all that came out was, “Buh.”
“What are you saying? And what’s that big pink bubble coming from your mouth?!” they asked, amazed.
I laughed. “It’s just bubblegum!”
“Ohh,” they said.
Just then, Vedarth turned around and saw something strange behind him.
“Whoa! Is that your new toy truck?!” he and Mahi asked together.
“Yes!” I said proudly. “I got it from Krishna Market.”
Vedarth’s eyes lit up. “Oh! I went to Krishna Market too! I got my new bicycle from there.”
I grinned. “Yes, I know! We met there, remember? You were picking out your new bicycle while I was on my way home.”
Chapter 5: Lunch At My House
I saw my mother talking on the phone with all of my friends’ mothers. Before she even finished the call, I heard something exciting, there was going to be a lunch party at my house!
I couldn’t wait because it was almost lunchtime.
Soon, all my friends arrived at once. We had so much fun playing, especially with my car game. I even showed them my new magic trick, making water disappear from a glass! They were amazed.
Then, Vedarth’s mother called us for lunch. There was pav bhaji and a surprise dish!
After we finished our pav bhaji, we rushed to the kitchen. My mother smiled and said, “Now, you have to guess the surprise dish!”
I went first. “Is it chocolate?”
She shook her head. “No.”
Vedarth guessed next. “Is it biscuits?”
Again, she shook her head. “No.”
Then it was Mahi’s turn. She thought for a moment and said, “Is it a toffee?”
My mother nodded. “Yes!”
We cheered and ate the toffees. They were so delicious! After that, we all had some juice, feeling happy and full.
Chapter 6: The Magic Pen
Vedarth finally arrived at my house. I had been waiting at the door for so long!
“Finally, you’re here!” I said. “I thought you were going to take forever.”
Vedarth laughed. “I was at my tuition classes. That’s why it took me so long.”
“Okay, now come inside! Let’s play!” I said, excitedly.
Vedarth walked straight into my grandmother’s room. Then, on the bed, he spotted something strange, a pen that kept disappearing and reappearing! His eyes widened in amazement.
“What have you done?” he asked.
I grinned. “That’s just my magic pen.”
Vedarth looked at it closely. “But it doesn’t look like a magic pen.”
“How?” I asked. “It’s disappearing and reappearing on its own! Do you know how?”
Vedarth shook his head. “No, I have no idea.”
I pulled a small button from my pocket. It had two words written on it: Disappear and Reappear.
“This is how it works,” I said.
Vedarth was even more amazed. “Okay… but how can we write with it?”
“Easy!” I said. I picked up the magic pen, switched on its light, and started writing on my hand.
Chapter 7: The New Pencil Box
One day, Vedarth and Mahi came to my house. They started running through the hallway and into my room. Suddenly, they both stopped and shouted, “Ivaan!!!”
I rushed into the room and said, “What??!!”
They pointed at something on my table and asked, “What’s this?”
I smiled and said, “That’s my new pencil box.”
They both nodded and said, “Oh, OK!”
Then Vedarth’s eyes spotted something else.
“What is this strange thing?” he asked.
I smiled again and said, “That’s my new toy car. Don’t you remember? You saw it last time too!”
Vedarth looked at the car, blinked, and then shook his head.
“Oh yes! I remember now.”
We all laughed and started to play together.
Chapter 8: Why Ivaan Forgets That Stupid is a Bad Word
I went up to Vedarth’s house, and we played for a while. But then, he heard me whispering to myself, “I forgot that ‘stupid’ is a bad word.”
Vedarth looked at me and said, “Why did you say ‘stupid’ if it’s a bad word?”
I gasped. “Oops! Sorry, I forgot.”
Vedarth smiled and said, “Okay, let’s play!”
After some time, I looked at the clock. It was time for me to go home.
I asked Vedarth, “Can you come to my house and play?”
He shook his head and said, “I have to go out for lunch at 1 o’clock.”
I nodded and said, “Okay! Let’s meet tomorrow.”
Chapter 9: The Milk Mess
Vedarth and Mahi came to my house, and we played for a while. After some time, we started playing hide-and-seek. I ran to find a place to hide, but as I rushed into the kitchen I slipped! There was milk spilled all over the floor, turning the kitchen into a big Milk Mess.
Vedarth and Mahi tried to help me up, but I was too slippery. After a lot of effort, I finally got up by myself.
Mahi giggled and said, “Tag!”
I shook my head. “No way!”
Vedarth laughed and said, “What if we play the pretend car game instead?”
I nodded excitedly, “Yes!” but whoosh! I slipped in the Milk Mess again… and again… and AGAIN!
I had no idea what was happening to me!
Chapter 10: Ivaan’s Scooter
Vedarth and Mahi came running into my house and dashed straight to my room. Suddenly, they stopped and gasped.
“Ivaan!!!” they shouted.
I rushed in, “What? What happened?”
They both pointed at my scooter.
“What’s this?” they asked.
I sighed. “This is my scooter! How many times do I have to tell you?”
They both sighed too. “We always forget,” they said.
Mahi grinned. “By the way, I’m bringing my scooter to the park in the evening. Do you wanna have a race?”
“Okay!” I said.
Vedarth smirked. “I’m gonna bring my bicycle.”
“Stop it!” I said.
“Stop it!” Vedarth repeated.
“Stop mocking me!” I stared at him.
“Stop mocking me!” he copied again.
Mahi shook her head. “I have no idea what’s going on.”
I groaned, “Uuuugggghhhhhhh.”
Vedarth smirked. “Uuuugggghhhhhhh.”
“STOP THAT!” I shouted. Finally, he stopped.
We played for a while, but then Vedarth disappeared!
Mahi and I looked at each other. “Where did he go?”
I checked the dining room. No Vedarth.
We checked my parents’ room. Still no Vedarth.
We searched the whole house. Gone!
Finally, we spotted him outside standing on my grandmother’s balcony.
We ran to him. “What are you doing here?!”
Vedarth smiled. “I’m making a pretend sweater for my grandmother.”
Mahi and I yelled in surprise, “Wait… you know how to make sweaters?!”
Chapter 11: The Drawing Competition
I went up to Vedarth’s house, and he had a new idea.
“Let’s have a drawing competition!” he said excitedly. “My didi will be the judge. Whoever she thinks has the best drawing gets a point.”
I grinned. “Okay! Let’s do it!”
We grabbed our colors and got to work.
For the first round, Vedarth won. The score was 0-1.
I tried hard on my second drawing, and this time, I won! The score was tied at 1-1.
Now, it all came down to the final round. We both did our best… but guess what? I won!
The final score was 2-1.
I was the best artist ever!
Chapter 12: The Last Chapter
Vedarth came down to my house, and we played for an hour. Just as it was about to be two hours, he suddenly gasped.
“It’s the last chapter of our new storybook!”
I gasped. “Oh yeah! I almost forgot!”
“What should we do for the last chapter?” I asked.
After thinking for a moment, we decided to celebrate with music and dancing!
We tried new games, learned fun dance moves, and even made up hand clapping games. We danced and played the whole evening, making the last chapter of our storybook the most exciting one yet!

So, Vedarth and I went to Mahi’s house.
The three of us played together for one and a half hours. We had so much fun!
Afterwards, Vedarth went back to his house, and I came back to mine.
Chapter 5: Meeting at the Park
I went down to the park and played for a while. Then, I saw Vedarth!
Vedarth and I played together in the park. After some time, he went back to his house, and I came back to mine.
A little later, Vedarth and Mahi came to my house. I was so excited to show them my new video game! We played and had so much fun.
Then Vedarth and Mahi asked, “Should we go to the park?”
I said, “I have to ask my father or mother first.”
I asked my mother, and she said, “Yes!” So, all three of us went to the park together.
Chapter 6: The Sleeping Race
I went to Vedarth’s house, and we played for a while. Then, Vedarth said, “I’ve got a new game! Follow me.”
I followed him, excited to see what the game was.
“We have to sleep, and whoever sleeps the deepest wins!” Vedarth said.
So, we both lay down and pretended to sleep. In the end, I won!
After that, I went back home to have lunch.
Chapter 7: The New Toy Car
Vedarth came to my house and went into my grandmother’s room. He saw a toy car he had never seen before.
“This is my new toy car!” I said. “My grandmother gave it to me yesterday.”
Vedarth and I started playing with it. While we were playing, he noticed the car game I had already set up.
“Let’s play this!” he said.
In the game, we could travel to different cities, stations, countries, and hotels. We could even go to the same places together! It was so much fun.
After playing, Vedarth went home for lunch, and I had my lunch too.
A little later, I went up to Vedarth’s house to play for a while. We played my favorite game, football! Then, I came back home.
In the evening, Vedarth came over again and said, “Should we play with the new toy car? That was so much fun!!!”
Chapter 8: The New Painting
Vedarth came down to my house and went straight into my playroom. Suddenly, he saw my art and craft on a canvas and shouted, “Ivaan!!!”
I hurried to the playroom and said, “What?”
Vedarth pointed at the canvas and asked, “What did you make?”
I smiled and said, “Oh! I made this in my art class for the first time.”
Vedarth was curious. “How did you make it?” he asked.
I smiled again and explained, “First, I picked up a clipper but not a hair clipper! A cloth-hanging clipper. There were hearts drawn on the canvas. I took red tissue paper from a bowl and placed it inside the heart shapes. Then, I pressed it softly. If I pressed too hard, all the red tissue paper would fall off!”
Vedarth smiled and said, “It’s so beautiful, Ivaan!”
I grinned. “Thank you, Vedarth!”
Then, we started playing our game.
Chapter 9: The New Football Kick
Vedarth came down to my house and asked, “Have you learned the high football kick?”
“Yes!” I said, and I showed him the kick.
“Wow!!!” Vedarth shouted as the ball flew up, bounced off the ceiling, hit the wall, then the curtain, then the wall again, then the curtain again and finally, it bounced off my head before landing on the floor!
Vedarth laughed and said, “Now that you’ve learned the high kick, should we play a football match?”
“Ok! Let’s play!” I said excitedly.
And we started our game.
Chapter 10: Ivaan and Vedarth’s Monkey House
Mahi came down to my house and asked, “Can I play here?”
I shook my head. “No, because monkeys are all over my house! They’re in my parents’ room, my room, and even my grandmother’s room!”
Mahi laughed. “Then should we go to Vedarth’s house instead?”
“Ok! But I need to ask my mother first.”
I asked my mother, and she said, “Yes, but only for half an hour.”
“Alright!” I said, then turned to Mahi. “We can only go for half an hour.”
Mahi nodded. “Ok! But I need to ask my mother too.”
So, we went to Mahi’s mother. When she heard our plan, she asked, “Why?”
Mahi said, “Because there are monkeys all over Ivaan’s house!”
Mahi’s mother laughed and said, “Ok, you can go to Vedarth’s house.”
Excited, we went up to Vedarth’s house and knocked on the door. When Vedarth opened it, we asked, “Can we play with you here?”
Vedarth shook his head. “No! Because monkeys are all over my house too, just like Ivaan’s!”
We all laughed. Then Vedarth turned to Mahi and asked, “Should we play at your house instead?”
Mahi thought for a moment. “Ok! But first, you should ask your mother. I’ll go with Ivaan to ask his mother too.”

Finally, we went to Mahi’s house to play for half an hour

Then, I sang it for him.
Vedarth listened and smiled. “It’s much nicer than my song!” he said.
I grinned. “Thank you!”
Then, we started playing our own game.

“Close your eyes!” I said.
She did, and when she opened them, the water in the glass had disappeared just like magic!
Mahi gasped. “Where did the water go?” she asked, surprised.
I just smiled.
A little while later, while we were playing, the doorbell rang. I opened the door, and it was Vedarth.
Excited, I showed him the same trick I had shown Mahi. Just like her, Vedarth was amazed!
“Whoa! How did you do that?” he asked.
I just grinned.
Then, all three of us started playing our game.

Hello!

I’m Ivaan Gupta and welcome to my home on internet. Currently I’m busy watching Cocomelon; playing with my cars, trucks and lego blocks; and learning what toddlers are supposed to learn.
Something amazing will come up here when dadda teaches me how to make cool websites.
Until then, buh-bye!
