itoshi siblings?? nah itoshi SEABLINGS. they deserve happiness. also i think itd be soooo canon and cool to have ryusae as esmp1 jizzie bc sae is a character who is seemingly "chained" to soccer. like theres 7 differnet theories pointing to how he might not want to do it anymore and/or doesnt like the spotlight thats on him. this can be EASILY compared to how esmp1 lizzie is chained to her lore. as said, she's got to "deal with destiny" and is "bound to prophecy". fits sae.

then theres shidou, who canonically rejects any sense of normalcy. he lives in his own world, with his own rules, and is very very happy in it. he is the epitome of freedom and isnt bound by the perspectives of society. this matches up with esmp1 joel, who rejected lore the WHOLE SEASON. literally denied the fact that theres a demon!!! shidou would absolutely do that.

so yeah ryusae as jizzie yes please. also yeah they get to be married bc i love them <3

aka i indulge myself HEAVILY.

basically itd focus around kaiser, isagi, and ness. kaiser is ruler of rivendell and NO he does not get corrupted by xornoth. hed be xornoths no.1 hater ngl. he wouldnt accept power from a shady demon, kaiser would want to create his own power, through his own skill.

isagi on the other hand.... hmm okay. isagi is the ruler of the undergrove RIGHT. except he didnt realize soon enough that xornoth is what destroyed his world. so he's trying to piece the puzzle together and is being fed information by xornoth, assumign that hes just a helpful spirit. xornoth manipulates him and Isagi is led astray, leading ISAGI to be the sucessor of xornoth. (basically if shrub, still ruler of the undergrove, took sausage's place on team xornoth in esmp s1)

then theres ness. originally from gilded helanthia (pearls empire if you dont remember) but also a student of Crystal Cliff's Magic Academy. He's hearing of this demon from Kaiser and also is concerned about his friend Isagi, who is dissapearing into the jungle more and more often. also there seems to be tinges of corruption in his natural magic...

basically this au WOULD NOT follow the canon of esmp s1. it'd keep most of the basic worldbuilding elements but besides that, EVERYTHIGN is subject to change.

I'm gonna be annoying and hype and non critical of the next life series when it comes out I don't care about your hot takes or 'wahhh it's not vanilla anymore' or 'last life was better' I care about shenanigans and 1 million gimmicks and custom mods and Watcher Lore References and scarian divorce and I hope it gets more complicated and sillier and weirder forever and you all die mad about it. I hope Grian and all his friends get hyped as fuck and never feel bad about having fun. The way Grian has urged people to not get too hyped and reiterated multiple times that he's leaning more into what he and the others find fun rather than what will be the best hit with the audience (which is a constantly shifting collection of people who are always gonna be unhappy with something) just makes me kinda bummed. Bummed that he had to say it so many times and do preemptive damage control for a series that isn't even out yet. I hope he has fun and I can feel his passion for it like I did with wild life. I hope I skip reading every negative post so they don't wreck my viewing experience like the last time. I hope the fan service is insane.
