First of all, news from my server: no, it's still not fixed! It seems the technical assistance lost track of my messages or whatever, but I still can't upload anything to my sites. Technical assistance promises to act promptly, but I have no idea what they mean by "promptly". I'm still reluctant to get a new server at this stage, but I'm afraid it will end that way... Anyway...

Let's forget all these technical troubles and follow our Simmies in a travel all around the world, where they'd bring back home souvenir snow globes!

It will be released on Around the Sims 4 the 18th of July. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

In the lab posepack

Very excited to release these poses, which are near and dear to my heart! They're some general poses for use in a chemical or biological laboratory for one sim or two. This pack includes 7 solo poses and 9 duo poses. These poses require my pipette accessory and several pieces of lab furniture from some great sets linked below.

For the microscope poses, place teleporter in the center of the lab table with the microscope on top. Both lab table and microscope can be found here in this set by severinka.

For the pipette poses, place teleporter in the center of any of the lab benches in the lab set by @soloriya that can be found here. Both sims require the pipette accessory.

Spice Market №1—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow. San My is one of my favourite worlds and yet I've never shared any build I've built there before. With the new pack coming, I thought it was finally time to change this. I created this build with the new lot type of a combined residential/business in mind and created 4 apartment shells and 6 business/shop shells. I hope this lot inspires you to create the San Myshuno of your dreams!

So what do you get?

Spice Market №1 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or once the new pack comes out combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 4 apartments; 3 of these apartments comprise two floors while one only has one floor, but a rooftop terrace. There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 2 of these are in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors. It's all up to you! I wanted to give you as much freedom as possible with the interior and let your creativity run wild!

Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs. But a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.

-> Update (17.02.2025): I reuploaded this build with DX11. I also added some files, which makes the download bigger, but this is due to me forgetting to include the texture files of the items, which meant some items were showing up with question marks if you didn't have the other items from said cc sets. I tested the lot today and everything should work correctly now!

Hey everyone! today I'm sharing this pose pack that contains individual poses for 3 sims with different accessories. The teleporter will go in the center of the sims' chair. These poses use a coffee cup and pencil accessory (included) for the first sim, a laptop for the second sim, and my most used item, Natalia Auditore's iphone for the third sim.

INVISIBLE SMALL BUSINESS SURFACES

I created 3 invisible objects to use with the new Businesses & Hobbies small business retail system. Now you don't have to use the specific Businesses & Hobbies retail displays — you can use these invisible objects and design your build however you like.

DETAILS:

Invisible Surface  Lets sims sell any object that can go in deco slots. (Ideal for tables and shelves, but also works on the floor, as long as objects are slotted.)

Invisible Clothes Rack Lets sims sell decorative hanging clothes. 

Invisible Painting Wall  Lets sims sell paintings and other wall decor. (I added another slot type so more wall objects will be compatible).

Willow Creek Chair & Table Override

I was so tired of looking at the bright yellow chairs and the table with the parasol. It's such a cute little area, but that completely ruined it for me. So I decided to make my own little override for it! It's not perfect- I am fairly new to recoloring, but I am happy with how it looks, so hopefully some of you will enjoy it too!
