Last Year's October - [Izuku M/Sister! Reader] Angst

(A/N) Figured that I should be posting something..? Other than doodles- I should post some of my writings! dang, its getting Lonely here btw ^^;;

Izuku's Sigh went Shaky, Hearing the Beeping sound of the Monitor was a The Most terrifying Thing to Hear.

"I couldn't Actually Comprehend the Fact that I was actually a Bad Brother when My Mom told Me That."

"At first, I didn't Know what Went Wrong."

"I Gave Her Everything a Little sister wanted, Toys, Books, Even Giving her My Own Phone."

"But she didn't Want it. "

"She was Never Into Electronics Nor Does she Like to sit at a Monitor to Watch Videos From YouTube."

"What does she want?"

"I Figured it All Out When That One Certain day was near and She came to My Room without a warning."

"Big Bro!" (Y/N) Just Opened Izuku's Room and Began to Jump to His Bed Making Izuku Groan a Bit while writing On His Note Book.

"Not Now, (Y/N)." Izuku sighed, Continuing To Write Down Notes.

"But Big Bro, Dinner's Ready!" (Y/N) Continued Jumping to Izuku's Bed, Izuku Furrowed his eyebrows, Trying to Concentrate On writing What He Just Figured Out. "You and Mom go On ahead. I'll Catch Up. I just need to Finish Something." The Bouncing Was Making Izuku's Hand Writing A Bit Unreadable, Like A Doctor. Even the Ballpens and Pencils were Following the The hops you made on Izuku’s bed.

"Big Bro! We need you Right Now! There's something we need to—"

Izuku didn't stop what He was Doing but He was Officially Annoyed and Pissed at His Younger Sisters Whole Shebang, "(Y/N), Please! I'm Trying to Study!" He snapped Making the (H/C) Haired Girl Stop Bouncing to His Bed.

"Can You Please Get out of My Room, Right Now?! I can't Afford Anymore distractions!"

(Y/N) Flinched at The way He Yelled at His Younger sister, (Y/N) Quickly Nodded, And She was sure as hell that She'll Never go to Izuku's Room again, (Y/N) Didn't utter Any Word and Ran to the Door and Closed it when she went to the Other side.

"Where's Your Brother, (Y/N)?" Inko Placed the Chop Sticks Next to the Plate and (Y/N) Sighed But then Gave a Big Grin, "He said He'll Be Here As Quick as Possible."

Inko Raised an Eyebrow at Her Daughter's Answer, "You didn't tell him about it?"

"He was a Bit Busy! Nah, Forgedabout it! Let's Eat!" (Y/N)'s Hands Both Collided, "Thank you for the Food!"

"But it's going to Be In a Few Days, Shouldn't you just Tell him now?" Inko Grabbed her Chopsticks and started To Eat.

"It's Alright! Instead of me Being surprised, He'll be the One who's Gonna Be!" (Y/N) Laughed, But Slightly choking At her Own Food, Coughing And Slapping her Hand to Her Chest, Inko Quickly gave her some water.

"Don't Laugh Or even Talk while your Mouth is full, Alright? You'll Choke To Death!" Inko Scolded her Daughter lightly, As soon as (Y/N) Swallowed the Whole thing in her Mouth, She grinned—

"(Y/N) was Just as Brightest as she Could Be, No Matter How Much I Snapped At Her For Being annoying."

"She Never really did Find Me as a Bad Brother.. "

"Maybe she Never even Knew That Because she never had a Family. She doesn't Know what's good Or Bad."

"I knew Deep down I'm The worst.."

"Big Bro! Big Bro!" She Almost Tripped on her own Footing while HoIding a Plate Of Sliced Cake.

Izuku was Busy Studying again In His Room, Getting Ready for another Brutal Quiz From Mr. Aizawa. "I brought You a—"

"Now Isn't the Time, (Y/N)." Izuku Harshly said, His Eyes glued to His Notebook. It was so Obvious In Izuku's Eyes and Harsh Response That He was stressed. So stressed.

"But you Need a Break, You did not actually Go to The Kitchen when Mom Called you, So All I wanted to Tell you It's My—"

Izuku couldn't Take it Anymore, Izuku Punched his Study Table, Breaking It to Half.

(Y/N) Stumbled to the Ground, dropped The Cake that was Suppose to Be given to Him, It had a "B" written Into It Using A Red Icing.

"Get the Hell Out of my Room, You Idiot! I had Enough of you Getting in my Room, Annoy me and Distract me when I'm Working! You're adopted and You're unwanted! I never asked for a Sibling To Distract me So Get out And Leave!"

"I remembered that Scene Correctly."

"I snapped at Her."

"I was so Flooded with Work and Desperately Wanted to Become Number One, Beat Kacchan and Everything to Stand Out But At that Point, When I snapped at her, If forgot that she was My Sister."

"There was Pure rage Inside Me, But it soon Faded In a Matter of Seconds when I realized that I was Being too Harsh On Her."

"(Y-Y/N).. I-I'm Sorry, I—" Before Izuku could Even finish His sentence, (Y/N) Ran downstairs as Fast as She could. Izuku Tried to Run after her, Thinking She Was In the Kitchen—

A Look of Concern was written On Inko's Face, "Izuku, What did you do..?"

Izuku didn't Answer Her Mother at First, His Gaze went to The Big Cake That was written In icing..

"Happy _irthday (Y/N)." Was written On it, It had the Missing Letter B Which (Y/N) Took the Slice Of The Cake that Had The Letter B.

"It's Her Birthday..?"

"This is why she ended Up Like this In the Hospital Bed.. She got hit by a Truck When She ran Away IN Fear."

"Because Of Me.." Izuku Looked At The State (Y/N) Was In, The Beeping sound from the Machine, Having a Normal Heart Rate. All the 1-A Members Became so Worried and it was About time They Knew Why Izuku Want always active in classes anymore.

Everyone notices How Hasty Izuku was when It was time to go home, First, It was Uraraka that Noticed him at first, he Went to the Flower Shop to Buy Some Plain Old Roses every time It was time to Go Home.

"Izuku, Don't be so hard on yourself. We all Know that isn't true." Uraraka Tried to Comfort Hut that Only Made Izuku Start to Cry at This.

"It is, Uraraka! It's My Fault she's Like this! She's Not gonna wake up, It's Been Five Months Now!" Izuku snapped. Making the room More quiet.

"Midoriya, stop blaming yourself, It's never your Fault." Kirishima Told The Greenette. Izuku Grabbed (Y/N) Tint, Fragile Hand, Squeezing it and Started to cry Harder.

"This was the Second time (Y/N) was revived when Her Heart Rate Went Flat.." Izuku explained Out of Nowhere. "That's why she Looked so Tired and—"

Izuku Broke down In the Middle of His sentence but Was Determined to Continue, "—and She isn't Breathing On her Own Now.. Th-The Machine i-is The One That's Supporting her On B-Breath-thing.." He Pointed to the ventilator

All the Class 1-A Began to Cry at That Point, It was all Too Much, Izuku had to Make the Hardest Decision On Just..

Letting her Go.

"She's Tired, Midoriya." Shouto Told Izuku, "You need to.. Let her Go."

Izuku hid His Face On (Y/N) Skinny Shoulder, Wetting The White Fabric and Her skin. "I—..I don't want To.."

"You idiot, She's tired Of fighting, Just Look at the State she's In..!" Katsuki had Tears In His eyes, When Izuku Was Not around to Play with (Y/N), (Y/N) Would always Try to Play around Katsuki And He surprisingly Liked The Kid, But of course, He did not want to Show it.

"She doesn't even Breath on Her own Now!" Katsuki pointed to the Machine that was supporting (Y/N) To Breath.

Shoto then Looked at the Broken state Izuku was in, but then said the Least thing Izuku will do. "You've gotta Let Her Go, Midoriya. It's for the Best."
