I recently started playing RDR2 again, and I did the Mayor of Saint-Denis' missions… which I'd never done before! So here are the reasons not to kill Jean Marc.

-Jean Marc is cute!

-He's honorable; not killing him earns honor, and honor means a better chance of getting flowers on Arthur's grave at the end of the game!

-Killing Jean Marc means supporting the Mayor, who looks like a Pdophile.

-Looks like the Mayor has already touched Jean Marc more than once… CALL THE POLICE!

-What's the point of killing someone for a 10% discount on all the stores in Saint-Denis?

-If we don't kill him, Jean Marc becomes Mayor and remains loyal

So I have something new... only characters that I have never mentioned before: Junot, Hortense de Beauharnais, Caroline Bonaparte (who I am moderately proud of) and of course... Murat the boss... And it is only now that I notice that Junot's arm has a slight problem

People, I made a mistake about Lefebvre and Catherine! Napoleon liked them (and fortunately) they didn't want them to divorce, but what's true is that Napoleon's court didn't like Catherine very much AND that regarding divorce, Napoleon wanted his brother Lucien to divorce (and that's perhaps why they weren't on good terms)

Is it me or does Napoleon always tend to destroy the love stories around him? No, because he cheated on Désirée with Joséphine (thankfully Bernadotte, that big alpha male, is there), he even wanted Levebvre and Catherine to divorce… even his relationship with Joséphine is toxic (yes, I think their relationship was still toxic)

Do you have any sources on Napoleon advising Lefebvre to divorce his wife? He liked the couple a lot and had supreme respect for Catherine. To hear that he wanted them to part is seriously odd and contradictatory to all sources underscoring the above. So I'm interested.

I'll make a follow-up on whether the source has legitimacy to it or no, if you care.

Indeed I was wrong, Napoleon liked Lefebvre and Catherine, it was mainly Napoleon's court that didn't really like Catherine because of her outspokenness, BUT on the other hand Napoleon wanted his brother Lucien to divorce because he had married against his agreement (I read that last night in a book by Dimitri Casali "Napoleon in the intimacy of a reign") so thank you for pointing out my mistake! 🙂I will correct myself
