// Nah, never when it came down to something over fandom opinions – usually the ones I come across are nothing toxic enough to make me unfollow? It’s always been over something genuinely upsetting.. I’m generally pretty lenient over what warrants a no-follow or an unfollow. Satan the softie lmfao——

//This is one that my friend group generally agrees is..? Why, we don’t get it, what the hell, etc.. Harutaka genuinely has me like ??? Listen, there’s tsunderes and then there’s abusive friendships. Takane might show some traits of the former, but she displays the latter more often. Haruka absolutely does not deserve the treatment that he receives from her. Just like how Ayano disliked even being around Shintaro in earlier timelines because of how he treated her, why should Haruka have to deal with the same experiences from Takane? It’s messed up, and the idea that it gets ignored for “tsundere uwu what a cute ship” is? Nasty, honestly.

//Just to rattle off a few:

Saeru can only be shipped with the Queen, there’s no reason for him to be interested in anyone else unless it’s Marry, and that would be for the sole reason that she’s the host for the Queen. The idea of him being shipped with anyone else makes no sense to me but..ain’t like what I say is law – you do you, your blog your rules, y’know?

Extending on that, the same can probably be said for any of the snakes, since they are canonically drawn to the Queen snake and only the Queen snake, with one rare exception being Samasu. Of course, even then he always found his way back to the Queen, growing more and more uncomfortable with the situation he was in. This is likely for the sake of reproduction, with the Queen snake being the only female snake, and how they quite literally will be driven mad if they’re kept away from her for too long.. But rest in pieces to literally anyone but Saeru under normal standards, since the Queen only seems to bother with Saeru, except in the manga where she’s grown to love the Dan over the many repeated timelines and essentially tells him to fuck off lmao

Marry is not a child, she’s actually canonically older than the entire Dan, and only acts cute for the sake of making people like her more. It’s manipulative and beautiful, tbh

That said, it’s fine to ship her if it’s done safely. There’s a difference between being a child and acting childish.

“Eh..? Soy..miso..?”

      No, he couldn’t do that! He couldn’t let Kido-chan do that! While she may not have factored in the idea that he would have eaten anything..if it was fully cooked, she’d worked hard to get rack! It might not be anything prize-worthy, and the farmer she’d stolen the animal from (oh thank the gods, it’s not human meat, this time) might not even take notice of the fact that it was missing, she’d taken her time in isolating the animal and hunting it without being detected! To ruin the spoils as he was suggesting to do (even if it were completely normal and required for anything human or even relatively so..), the idea of allowing him to go through with his plan disgusted her!

“Nooo! You can’t do that! You gotta eat it just like it is! If you cook it, it’ll get all hot and chewy, and you’ll have to use a stupid fork and knife! You won’t get to eat it with your hands and feel how satisfying it is to pull the meat off the bones with just your teeth, and taste the remaining flavor on the bones when you crunch them up! And if she cooks it too much, or if you cook it at all, it’ll lose a lot of the fatty flavors and all the tasty juices! So you can’t cook it! You’ll ruin it! It’s way better to just eat it raw!”

A fun note I should make about the terrible things Ellen likes to do that I absolutely hate her for:

When she can make a nickname involving a method of harming/killing/or eating someone, she will assign her person of choice such a nickname. It’s also often likely used to pick at a trait of theirs that she finds amusing/she likes about them. 

For example, in a Pokemon-based setting, she may call a fire type “Shōkya-kun” for the pun off of “Shōkyaku” or “incineration.”

For another example, in the Kagepro setting, she calls Konoha “Kyōko-kun” as a pun off of  “ Kyōkoku” meaning “canyon.” However, translating “gorge” will give you the same result, as the two words are synonyms. Gorge as a verb can also mean “to eat a large amount greedily; fill oneself with food.” Thus, when she calls him by his assigned nickname, she’s picking at him for how much and how often he seems to eat.

At least you can have the comfort of knowing she only does it because there’s something she likes about it, in some twisted way--right?

      Ah, and here she thought she’d be able to make it all alone, tonight – no interruptions, no bystanders, no unfortunate witnesses… 

      The voice she heard from the robotic creature..sounded like an adult – or perhaps something akin to it, she wasn’t entirely sure. The soul she sensed was a complete mess, as well; it felt as though it were something alive, but at the same time it was the farthest thing from that.

      Either way, she’d likely have to play pretend, again – pretend she was nothing more than a cute, helpless child… How annoying.

“I wanted to play outside! Mama said it was okay, and I’m being extra super careful!”

      She didn’t want him to stick around. The best way to make someone assume that what they were questioning was just fine was to reassure them of that very fact, right? She’d used that tactic before, but never on a creature such as the one she was faced with.. If it came down to it, and she got impatient enough, she usually would resort to leading the other somewhere more secluded, and then removing them from the picture a much different way.. 

“Plus, it’s really really pretty, at night! You can see the moon and all the stars! I really like it, out here!”

      Unfortunately, he looked a lot sturdier than the average human..it likely wouldn’t be nearly as simple to kill and eat him as any other obstacle, before..
